Amazing company to work with.  Their newest service coordinator Tammi is AMAZING. Ever since she started running the scheduling and handling the office,  I get very responsive replies to any work orders I send over. She is very polite and will work in emergencies quickly. They stand by their work and always find the leak. Very happy with this company and look forward to continuing to work with them!

I called because my insurance company recommended this company. I have unexplained wet stains showing up on my condo ceiling and haven't been able to determine the cause for several months. The technician walked around the condo with some equipment and eye balled the situation. After about 30 minutes he determined he didn't know the reason for the leak and recommended I hire a plumber. But, these people ARE plumbers, right? I asked for a written report of findings to share with my HOA and insurance company and received nothing.
