Monte and the crew at ALD are fantastic. They really have a good understanding of how to find a leak and good recommendations for repairs. Between the super nice people that answered the phone and the neat, clean and professional tech (who actually show up when they said he wouldl) I was super happy that I called them. With almost miles of underground pipe zig zagging all over our lot, I was so scared that we would have a nightmare job, but it turned out super easy! I will always use them and I definitely recommend them when a leak needs to be found. Thank You Monte for making our problem, seem like not such a big a problem!

I had a great experience with American Leak Detection, specifically with the technician, Neal! I had a leak close to my natural-rock designed pool which was proving difficult to find. I have multiple waterfalls, and the rock heads above the waterfalls would have had to be broken up in order to get to the pipes to seal and pressure test the pipes. Instead of just showing up and taking my money, he first suggested we try a test of the body of the pool (informing me pool structures themselves can't be pressure tested). He set me up for the next morning test, gave me specific instructions on what to turn on, & provided his cell number so I can provide him with test results over the phone. He even came back out to fix an old valve that broke during the test setup. For me, Neal went above and beyond and tried his best to save me from spending money unless absolutely necessary to test the pipes. The office lady who would call to get me on their schedule, Elena (I believe), was also very friendly and accommodating. Both Neal and she got me in incredibly quick when I needed! I highly recommend Neal and this company.

A BIG THANK YOU to American Leak Detection!!! Our pool is up and running! No more leak! No more continually adding water! No more flooded pasture!! Outstanding detection work by Ivan! The leak was under the bricks! Yikes! Greg removed the bricks and repaired the leak! Then Ivan did an outstanding job of replacing and cementing in the bricks as if they had never been touched! He even dove into the pool to retrieve tiles that had fallen off and a weight that had fallen in when we removed the cover! Above and beyond!! We are so thankful!!

I just had another great experience with American Leak Detection Roseville. Ivan Romero is an expert in sleuthing out leaks. He found the leak in my swimming pool fountain in record time. I thought I had figured out approximately where the leak was. I was completely wrong. I'm glad I didn't start digging!

Ivan's rapid diagnosis gave as time to investigate another potential leak which Ivan confirmed was not a problem. He removed that worry from my brain.

Ivan is very knowledgeable and quite a craftsman. I will be requesting him specifically the next time I have a leak problem. I also appreciate Ivan's friendly demeanor and customer orientation. He graciously answered my numerous questions.
