I called and asked for a pool leak detection. They said they would check for all leaks (pool and spa) for $380. When their guy came he spent 2 hrs looking for leaks in my spa. He then said it would cost extra to check my pool for leaks. I felt cheated and it was like a ""bait and switch"" deal they gave me on the phone. They NEVER said it would cost extra to check my pool. I shopped around prior to going with them and they fooled me with their price. Stay Away from this business. Be warned, they will charge you extra.

had small leak for one day they told my insurance company it was over a month so they could charge for mold remover cut open my walls tore up my celling put a fan on it for 4 days so they could charge more but at lest they were super unpleasant your yelp score is not looking so good

Had irrigation main line water leak. Mason came out and pinpointed to 80% where the leak was under the concrete pad at the back of our commercial building. Complicated pipes with sleeve located inside of pipe so not straightforward issue. We also wanted camera put down to get to 99% certainty as concrete curb had to be dug up. Had a snafu on communication with main office as to scheduling part, but it was handled immediately by Nate and Mason came back out that afternoon, stayed a bit later and got the job finished. Mason was very professional, showed up on time, courteous and great with communication before and after the job started, and went above and beyond to get my job handled.

Even though they took pictures of my apartment, they did not find the leak, but they wanted $2000 to fix it. Thank goodness I found an expert to trace the leak and fix it! I asked Glenn, the so-called supervisor, to refund my money but never heard from him again. Will never use them again, as your own plumber for a reputable company.

Had a leak from bathroom to next room floor .seemed coming from bottom of shower .we got scheduled in a couple if days as it was not an emergency .next day was offered but we could wait .the technician mr Novak came right on time .nice young man who systematically eliminated possible sources unti he found the problem from the shower valve and the shower bottom .took all the time he needed and solved the puzzle pinpointing the area that have to be fixed .money well spent .highy recommend the company .
