The American Leak Detection repair crew arrived on time and began two full days of work. Roman Guzman and his assistant, Ivan, did an excellent job of replacing the leaking Poly Butylene line with the proper materials. In addition, Roman consulted with my wife and me to make the necessary repairs, keep our water softening system connected, and do it all with the least amount disturbance to existing brickwork, planters and foliage. We are happy with the end results. Thank you to Roman and Ivan.

This company is a scam. They work hand in hand with insurance companies, in our case Farmers Insurance. The adjuster, Bryan Draper, was a sleezy salesman that claimed he was only recommending this plumber and he said we could have someone come out as early as Monday morning 8am. We specifically told him we would not be home and that we would be exploring our options. At 730am on Monday I receive a text message asking me to CONFIRM our appt for 8am and saying that a technician would be dispatched ASAP. That's how I know there is a serious scam here. Make sure to use your own plumber and anyone other than whatever your insurance recommends. It's obvious they pay each other commissions or some other type of compensation from how they try to strong arm you into using their service. Absolutely will never ever use or recommend this company.

Our gardener found that we had a leak. Roman and Ivan came out and gave us the area where the leak was located. Our plumber had to rent a backhoe to find the leak 10 below the ground. Without Roman and Ivan's diligence we would have had to dig up the entire yard to find the leak.

When we suspected a slab week the week of Thanksgiving, American Leak Detection was the only one of five companies we called who could come out the same day. Manuel arrived promptly, and confirmed that we did in fact have a hot water slab leak. He provided a detailed description of the issue, accompanied by pictures of the leak. After explaining the options to us to repair the leak, we chose to have our hot water connection repiped with Pex piping in the walls. We were provided with an estimate which we felt was reasonable, and the work was performed the same week. Manuel was professional and courteous, and we would use American Leak Detection again.
