We were losing water in our pool 1/2 inch to 1/4 in per day, Rick came out and using all this super technology found the leak, repaired it. Rick is a knowledgeable quite scientific guy, explained fully what was happening and solved the problem. Great place if you ever need a leak detector.

What a great experience! We realized late last season that our inground pool had a leak. We tried to find the root cause (thought it was the skimmer, replaced, resealed, etc.), but that wasn't it. Then this winter, our pool cover ripped and the water level dropped even more. We called around to some other companies in the area and had truly terrible customer service experiences. Then we called American Leak Detection and immediately felt like we were in good hands.

Paul was great to work with from start to finish. He took the time to talk through a few options on the phone with us, and when he came out (exactly on time on the day he promised), and was able to detect the leak within 30 minutes. He took the time to explain the situation, talk through how to repair it (this company doesn't repair, just detects, which was fine for this situation). He even took the time to look at the fiberglass with us and answer other questions to help us prevent leaks in the future.
