Sunita C.We used their services to do get a leak report after Hurricane Irma. Customer Service is very poor. We were very disappointed with the report that cost us $450.00. The picture descriptions were wrong and the depth of the report was not up to our standards at all. My husband could have done the report better himself. I had concerns with the report and have emailed and called numerous times and our issues were supposed to be addressed. Needless to say,no one has gotten back to us. I would not recommend using this service. After the Hurricane, we expected good customer service and people that care. We felt that we did not get this from American Leak Detection.
