Horrible experience. I have not had hot water for 4 days and the man who was assigned to my home told me he was coming the next morning to install my new water heater. I waited around all morning and he never showed up. He did not answer my messages and neither did the main number which I was provided. I understand it was a Saturday, but I have still do not have hot water for myself and my son who is 2 years old. This is unacceptable and inconsiderate. I would never recommend this company.

Not recommending this company to anyone. They are not honest people specially their manager in Indianapolis. He is very rude. I had a serious issue in my house, and one of the text messages between us he replied back to me with LOL. Not professional in dealing with customers. they asked for more money after the service was done. Will never deal with them again!

I sent an email to contact this company and also left a voicemail. My partner sent an email also. We didn't receive any sort of message in return until 1 1/2 wks later. Too late! We got someone else that answers the phone right away, and returns emails.
