Shari holds a degree in business administration and manages all financial and legal aspects. She also serves on the Franchise Advisory Committee for the global ALD franchise network. Matthew is a former President of the Southern Oregon AWWA subsection, a member of ORWARN, and has specialized training in leak detection and infrared technology. The Botermans have been recognized with various awards for excellence in customer service and remarkable performance.
