Our kitchen floors were warping but the we could not figure out where the leak was coming from. We had 2 different contractors come out to try and find the leak source. Tyrone from American Leak Detection found that both our dishwasher and refrigerator were leaking. He used an infrared moisture detector to find all the areas in the floor and in the ceiling below that were damaged. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful. We will be able to use this information in our insurance claim. I would definitely recommend American Leak Detection to anyone dealing with a leak from an unknown source.

Brian and Sean came to out to our home for a challenging task. We had had a number of inspections and evaluations but a roof leak persisted. Brian used a number of tools and located a water entry point that had been overlooked, and we couldn't be more thankful. A top-flight outfit, highly recommended!

Do not use this company. They misdiagnosed where the leak under my slab. First, they said the leak was in the power room. The plumbing company jackhammered there but found no leak. Then they said it was in the kitchen near the wall adjoining the power room. They jackhammered there but again no leak. The plumbers themselves found the leak on the other side of the kitchen. American Leak Detection refused to refund the $675.00 that the worker promised that if they were wrong about where the leak was and because of that I have three holes to repair instead of one.

Horrible. Charged $675.00 for an initial visit. Took our garden hose and sprayed water at the front of our house. Once water started coming in, they stopped testing...didn't test all the way across. The person also broke our hose sprayer. Never use this service. Total rip-off. They also don't fix anything. Our plumber provided better leak detection services for a quarter of the price, and they fix stuff.
