Disappointing. Was told we will find the cause of the leak and give a estimated cost of repair. They said we'll send the analysis within two days. The analysis came four days later and no estimates for cost of repair. When I called to ask why they didn't give me an estimate, ""we don't do estimates for that kind of repair."" Huh? It's a water leak? Save yourself some money by calling someone else for honorable service.

Had them come over to find a leak in my pool. They told me that there was a leak in the light well and that I needed to hire an electrician to fix it. I did that, but it did not solved the problem. I had to pay them again to see where it was leaking. This time they used a dye and said that it was leaking somewhere else. I am wondering why they did not find the other leaks in the first place. They did not do any of the patching. I had to pay someone else to do the patching. Apparently, they did not bother to do a through job in the first place and to top it off, it still leaks.

They were a godsend- professional and polite- had a broken pipe under our pool deck- found the issue-2 days later they came and fixed it- so polite and courteous- came at 8:30 am and left at 3:30

I called American leak detection in Fresno to request information. I spoke to one lady first and then called back because I had forgot to ask some questions regarding my repair so I called back and the other gal was at lunch so this lady I got Jenifer said she would help but boy was she rude. She made me regret calling back I wish I would have stuck with the other staff person. She came off very aggressive and 'savvy'. When I ask to speak to a manager she said 'she was the manager'. Talk about the woman needing to learn some customer service skills. I will never again call this company based on how that woman treated me.

I was so astounded with the service that I got from American Leak Detection. (Re-routed hot water lines). Your customer service skills are far above the rest. Every time I called to schedule an appointment I was always greeted with kindness and professionalism beyond compare! Especially with the owner Jennifer, and all the gentlemen technicians that came to my house for plumbing repairs especially the lead worker Cesar, and his crew Jose, Jerry, Briann and Michael, were always extremely professional, honest, fair, and courteous and dressed properly uniformed. You need to be commended. Again, not something that is always found in various plumbing companies, let alone other companies. Plus, they were kind to my dogs...which is always a plus!, Due to this high quality of customer service and premium quality of repairs, the Fresno city inspector commented on an excellent work that American Leak Detection had performed on my repairs. I couldn't imagine taking my plumbing needs elsewhere.! We would highly recommend them to friends, family, and anyone else in need! I greatly appreciate this kind of service in today's society. Mike and the guys at American Leak Detection were amazing in helping us repipe our hot water line in the house after the original broke and flooded the house. They were quick, efficient and most importantly, honest. I had a ton of questions and Mike was patient to answer them all and gave me his honest opinion, even if that meant not making an additional sale. He wasn't going to sell us something just for the sake of making money if it was something we didn't need. I would highly recommend Mike and American Leak Detection to anyone needing a plumber.

Called told operator I needed main drain tested as my pool was leaking 5,000+ gal a day. I stated it had drop 4 feet in 10 days. Tec stated did not have correct tools to check main drain and stated myself (65 year old man) needed to dive into uncirculating pool to unscrew main drain cover. I did. Then he said he needed me to get back into pool and tighten a plug under 6 feet of water. It was the wrong size and he gave me another. Impossible to tighten under water over your head nothing to hold on to one breath at a time.

I complained from in the water I was getting tired he stated ""we don't come back for free"" if they returned to test main drain another charge was to be levied. WTF I called only requesting they check the main drain.

He called me over stated all pipes ""held pressure"". Then started the upsell. He said my tile was a problem most likly leaking, my skimmer was leaking the plaster was leaking. He could have people out in 3 days to star the repairs. He suggested ""patching"" my Tahoe Blue pool. When asked how much he stated depended on how much of the bottom they needed to patch.

When asked why I would want to patch and not replaster the pool he said that would do it.

Replaced skimmer no signs of leaking, removed tile no signs of leakage, removed plaster no signs of leakage.

$6,600 later they refuse to respond to my written requests to contact me regarding there false on its face report.

I am their customer. The pool plaster responded in 15 minutes 2 week nothing from certified mail.

Leakage is now over 6,000+ a day in brand new pool I did not need.

I have retained legal counsel.
