I did an online request and they called me within 30 minutes. They were then at my house within 2 hours and performed a leak test on the plumbing of my pool which had no leaks. Their Tech. Jerry was polite and very professional.

American Leak Detection has been an outstanding business to work with.
On Thanksgiving Day, we were notified about flooding in two of the Apartments that we manage.
It was a very difficult and traumatic experience, especially during the holiday's weekend.
However, Jennifer from American Leak Detection was a godsend blessing who had compassion and understood stood the impact this devastating situation had on the tenants and their families.
She immediately worked on shuffling the schedule of her top technician who had been booked solid for 2 weeks to squeeze him in the next day to assess the situation. By Jennifer's immediate response to getting her technician out the next day, all 4 units were able to have the water turned back on that day after having no running water for nearly 5 days.
American Leak Detection is an outstanding business owned by professional, efficient, compassionate, and knowledgeable people. We were totally impressed by Jennifer's caring and efficient attitude throughout the entire situation and how knowledgeable she was in helping us through the process by reducing the stress that comes along with flooding of residences.
We would highly recommend American Leak Detection in the Fresno area and are fortunate to have Jennifer at the head of the helm with her expertise and leadership skills!!

Jose Lopez was attentive and provided services without upselling or being pushy. We could use a local hot whateveryoucall it but right now we only needed the problem fixed. He was fast and effective. I recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Disappointing. Was told we will find the cause of the leak and give a estimated cost of repair. They said we'll send the analysis within two days. The analysis came four days later and no estimates for cost of repair. When I called to ask why they didn't give me an estimate, ""we don't do estimates for that kind of repair."" Huh? It's a water leak? Save yourself some money by calling someone else for honorable service.

Had them come over to find a leak in my pool. They told me that there was a leak in the light well and that I needed to hire an electrician to fix it. I did that, but it did not solved the problem. I had to pay them again to see where it was leaking. This time they used a dye and said that it was leaking somewhere else. I am wondering why they did not find the other leaks in the first place. They did not do any of the patching. I had to pay someone else to do the patching. Apparently, they did not bother to do a through job in the first place and to top it off, it still leaks.

They were a godsend- professional and polite- had a broken pipe under our pool deck- found the issue-2 days later they came and fixed it- so polite and courteous- came at 8:30 am and left at 3:30

I called American leak detection in Fresno to request information. I spoke to one lady first and then called back because I had forgot to ask some questions regarding my repair so I called back and the other gal was at lunch so this lady I got Jenifer said she would help but boy was she rude. She made me regret calling back I wish I would have stuck with the other staff person. She came off very aggressive and 'savvy'. When I ask to speak to a manager she said 'she was the manager'. Talk about the woman needing to learn some customer service skills. I will never again call this company based on how that woman treated me.

I was so astounded with the service that I got from American Leak Detection. (Re-routed hot water lines). Your customer service skills are far above the rest. Every time I called to schedule an appointment I was always greeted with kindness and professionalism beyond compare! Especially with the owner Jennifer, and all the gentlemen technicians that came to my house for plumbing repairs especially the lead worker Cesar, and his crew Jose, Jerry, Briann and Michael, were always extremely professional, honest, fair, and courteous and dressed properly uniformed. You need to be commended. Again, not something that is always found in various plumbing companies, let alone other companies. Plus, they were kind to my dogs...which is always a plus!, Due to this high quality of customer service and premium quality of repairs, the Fresno city inspector commented on an excellent work that American Leak Detection had performed on my repairs. I couldn't imagine taking my plumbing needs elsewhere.! We would highly recommend them to friends, family, and anyone else in need! I greatly appreciate this kind of service in today's society.
