If I can leave them no stars I would! These two guys came out to check our flooring due to it lifting and found no leak around our house and once they checked the restrooms they went off to say there was a lose bolt and that was causing water damaged to our floor but not once picked up the toilet to check if there was any water under that. My husband is a plumber and once he lift it up there was no water so how would they go based off something they didn't even bother to check correctly! They need better people to do the job correctly!

The two technicians that came out to my house were outstanding. They were very personable had great customer service skills, and explain things in a manner to which I can understand them. They went above and beyond the scope of their job to assist me when they got out here they went right to workand found my leak very quickly. I really appreciate all they did. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone who has a leak that needs to be found because they will find it and they will treat you well while doing it.

I had a leak on the floor in the bathroom between the shower and the tub. They concluded from observation only it was coming from the shower because of a crack in the tile which defies all logic due to the location of the crack. It was a total waste of $450! The leak was coming from the faucets on the tub. I wrote a review on their site but it appears all negative reviews are deleted and not posted. Beware!

The Best!!! I'm so thankful I went with American Leak Detection. I had a cracked pipe underneath our outdoor entry. I was so nervous about the repair but Ricardo is the most skilled, most focused specialist. His calm confident demeanor but me at ease.
