I have a very difficult crawlspace that has limited access. I suspected I had a leak due to slight odor and some drain flies around vent. I could not see or get to the leak, but initially called a plumber who recommended an entire new sewer line for 5K.

A second opinion was in order, and I called American Leak Detector to investigate. It took Matt and Mike about 30 minutes to find the leak and also fix. Turns out it was a drain cap that had come loose or rusted off of a cleanout line and every time the kitchen sink turned on, water dribbled out of the open access. Mike even took a video with his camera to show me the problem.

These guys were top shelf and could get to places I thought impossible. It was such a relief to have the problem identified AND repaired. Very professional and very nice guys.

If you have a leak that you need identified and repaired, I would not hesitate to give these guys a call. Robin and Mandy in the office were a pleasure to work with as well.

Had this company come to house to replace wax ring under toilet because it was leaking. They said it would be $40 to show up and would look at the problem. Told my wife it would be $273 to replace wax ring, unfortunately she said OK. She said it took about an hour. She questioned the price and plumber said it was standard price for that repair. So if you use these people you probably should ask the price before the come to your house. Needless to say I will not call this company again.

Matt has done great work for us on our swimming pool and inside leak on our house. His crew is on time and cleans up before they leave. I would strongly recommend them.
