I had a leak at a duplex I have and couldn't find it. Called this place and met a guy named Aaron. Told him what I had going on. He was like no worries I'll find it, took him like 15 mins to find the problem. He was able to fix the pipe that had a pin hole and sealed it all up. Highly recommend these guys!!

I do NOT recommend this company. I had them out in Dec 2017 to find and fix a leak. I had another leak last week and they found it and fixed it. It was literally 6 inches from the leak they fixed in 2017 but said there only warranty up to 1 year and the leaks weren't related. Once the leak is repaired, the meter is still moving so they inform I have another leak as well. They informed me it would be another $350 to find the next leak or to get all new lines for $3700. At this point I've paid them $1700 and they haven't fixed the problem. If you want an overpriced company that only cares about tying to get as much money as possible from you, then call them.

American Leak Detection EARNED this 5 star review. Their office staff was extremely polite and helpful over the phone, and their on site professionals have excellent customer service skills. Every possible outcome of our situation was explained to me by the tech and they were very knowledgeable. They arrived on time, happy to help, and worked with a smile the entire time they were at our location. Even though it was literally FREEZING, they never seemed unpleasant. I will recommend ALD to anyone that needs leak detection or plumbing services. I honestly cannot emphasize enough how nice it is to see polite professionals! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for providing an amazing experience during what could have been a home owner's worst nightmare! Love from Elkins Arkansas.
