I want to start out with I worked at a plumbing supply shop during college so I know my way around the business. All the technicians I met were nice. Charged me $400 to find the leak. Paid $3000 for 2 foot section of pipe and bad concrete work and a couple of cigarette butts on my porch. 2 days later, the water heater goes out (it had to be removed to fix leak). No big deal, don't call or complain. Just replace it myself. Well, get next months water bill, it's went down $200 but is still $450. Call them back out, another $400 to tell me the leak is on the same line but 4 feet further down. I guess I'll just keep paying them $3500 monthly until I get the problem fixed... Next. I just wanted them to reduce the $400 finding fee. Maybe I'm not reasonable, I'll leave that up to you.
