American Leak Detection really delivered, great service and technician, Daniel Ellis was fantastic. For the money, they provided on time service with excellent results. I highly recommend them for pool leaks. They provided a great final report with photos and all the details. For $350 the technician spent two hours in my cold pool, searched all the possible leaks, repaired as he went and made recommendation to keep my pool working leak free. Thank you American Leak Detection and Daniel for the great work!

Not only are these people unprofessional, I think they'd need to take some sort of course to learn what being a professional really is. Plumbing situations can be emergencies and when these people schedule an appointment with you for plumbing repair, you may as well disregard it. After not showing up for my scheduled appointment, instead of taking responsibility or being in the slightest bit apologetic, all I got was a bunch of crap from them. I work nights and had been sleep-deprived over my plumbing issues when setting my alarm that morning, waiting for them to arrive for my 9:30 AM appointment. Instead of them calling me to let me know they weren't coming as scheduled, I had to call them. It would be better for the marketplace for companies like this to go out of business and not bother consumers with their lack of responsibility, rudeness and unprofessionalism. Save yourself the anguish and hire a professional leak detection/plumbing service.

THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF. I paid them over a 1,000 to fix a leak in my pool. They have come out half a dozen times and still have not resolved the issue. Countless phone calls were never returned and promises were constantly broken DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE....I have then ever opportunity to make this right UNETHICAL, INCONSIDERATE AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
