Some free advice; keep an eye on your water use. If your water bill is high, check your toilets to see if they are leaking, and check your outside hoses to see if you forgot to turn them off. Unfortunately, I did none of the above and 24,000 gallons was leaked over four months. Unfortunately, the plumbers that came out to my house misdiagnosed the problem and proceeded to make holes in my driveway trying to find the leak. I was concerned that my driveway was looking like a war zone (and the hairline cracks opened up to like a quarter of an inch because of the jack hammer action), so I called American Leak Detection to pin point the problem. As it turns out, I had a broken overflow tube in my spare bathroom that I never use. Don't let anyone randomly put holes in your driveway trying to "find" a leak. If you definitely have a leak underground, it's worth the money to hire the experts with the right equipment. American Leak Detection sent someone out the day after I called them, and they solved the mystery. Peace of mind is priceless!

Didn't show up when they said they would. I called them, no answer. Called again, no answer. After waiting, I left my house. When the technician finally showed up, I told him I went back to work. Then, their receptionist called me and yelled at me for not waiting for them since they had a commercial job they worked overnight.... Their work could be good, no idea. But their customer service is horrible

Outstanding service! The young man who came out was very professional and friendly. He found our leak under the slab in about 45 minutes, which was great! He marked it accurately and explained to us what he found and where. Because of his work, the plumbers only had to remove two tiles and access under the sink, without tearing up the house or damaging our granite countertops. I am very grateful the plumbers recommended this service before coming out. It was well worth the money!

Horrible company who will not stand behind their work. Detected the leak in my floor. So we broke out the tile the concrete and dig down 4 feet to the lines and there was no leak. They came back and found the actual leak 15 feet away. My tile floor was broken up in another spot and the foundation of my house was broken out in that spot and we found the leak. There initial detection which was wrong by 15 feet caused an additional $4000 dollars damage to my house . Their response we came and relocated the leakk thus fixing the problem . NO REFUND NO SORRY about the extra $4000 in damage we caused. NO NOTHING! If you have a leak at least go find a company that will stand behind their work. THIS IS NOT THEM!

Worst company to hire. They don't show up and then when you call them to find out why they didn't show on time or give you a heads up they got upset at me! Because i was asking him why they didn't show up or let me know something about failing to show up so he says im canceling the appointment I don't like your attitude. Certainly not worth my time or anyone's for that matter with that kind of customer service or lack there of.
