Highly impressed with this company. Very professional, trustworthy. Their tech Chris Neskie, has been doing our work. Because of his excellent work we will be having this company back to do more. We are having them do our pool skimmer now, where they found a leak. And having them do a proposal on our pool light, which as soon as we receive, because of the work done so far we will have them do. You can't go wrong hiring this company. Call them & stop worrying! Chris Neskie has been so diligently working on our problem, I wouldn't even consider another company. Thank you American Leak Detection!

The. Best. True professionals. These guys will forever be in my phone contacts list. Accidents happen. And when some landscaping work around my home resulted in a sudden underground pool leak, these guys were at the ready at the exact moment I needed them. I absolutely recommend this company.

We had LVP flooring and after six years after installation we started to see the floor buckling in the living room. We called American Leak Detection of Daytona Beach and they informed us that the charge would be $375 for two hours and the charge would be even if they did not find the leak. The technician arrived and introduced himself and proceeded to try and find the moisture problem. He used a moisture meter which we had all ready had a plumber use and he checked the meter outside which we had all ready done. The only thing he did differently was put a pressure meter on the pipes and he told us there was pressure so no pipe was broken. In the end we paid $375 and he told us that we had moisture coming up through the floor. We knew this because the LVP was buckling so we paid $375 for him to tell us what we already knew. Very poor service and we would not recommend,

I've come in behind these companies on a regular basis to repair leaks. I can't tell you how many times they are wrong. One irritating thing is they don't determine how much water is being wasted. They also don't isolate hot & cold. Just because you have a truck & equipment doesn't make you good. Here's my personal story... Absolute joke. I paid this company to find a leak as a contractor at my customers house. They marked out a spot on the floor and said the leak was below there. They advertise on the side of their van """" leak detection without distruction""""! Turns out we opened up the floor in the bathroom and there wasn't even a pipe nearby. In addition all the dirt was bone dry. The leak was found to be 150 feet away and was found by another contractor. They refused to give me my money back. I contacted a lawyer about the situation and he said that they were a dirty company and had 17 judgments against them. WARNING this is a franchise that operates in a few counties (Volusia County and Flagler county). This particular franchise has a bad reputation. It does not mean other American Leak Detection companies in other cities will be the same. I might add that they also do not have a license to do the repair work even if they can get it right, where the leak is. Bad busin
