Hey everyone, i had a serious leak in my pool, and my pool guy recommended American Leak Detection. I talked with Vanessa and she was very polite, and scheduled me quickly. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and through. His name is Joe and he explained every test and found the leak in my liner, which he patched on the spot. He pressurized the plumbing, and sonared the pool (listening device) even inspected the pool by getting in too. Joe knows what he is doing and he is really good at his job. We had a leak in our water main that was not showing on the surface even though it was leaking a lot and for a while. The local plumbers did not have the equipment necessary to locate it, and wanted to just start digging about 60 ft of line buried about 3 ft under rock. Joe was able to locate it quickly using his equipment within less than a foot of the leak! Money well spent in my opinion.

Great company! We contacted American Leak Detection after our hot water heater started running constantly and we had a hot spot on our tile floor. I emailed them on a Sunday night and Vanessa called me first thing Monday morning. Joe came out the same day and was able to locate the leak quickly. We had to have our kitchen floor jack hammered to repair the pipe, but Vinnie was professional and did a great job. Within just a few hours the pipe was repaired and cement was poured. There was minimal damage and the only thing left is to replace the tiles, which my husband and I can take care of. I would highly recommend this company. They are local, professional, and great to work with. The prices are fair and they do excellent work. Thank you!!

I contacted American Leak Detection and spoke with Vanessa, she was GREAT! I was very flustered with my sewer problem, but she made me feel at ease. Joe contacted me shortly after speaking with Vanessa and we set up an appt for that same day! Joe came out, located my problem...and even located my water and gas lines to ensure a safe repair. Joe was very personable, knowledgeable, and friendly making sure to explain everything in detail so that I was able to understand. He even offered to come back out after I had my issue repaired to re inspect the lines, free of charge. We had a leak in our swimming pool for sometime, and American Leak Detection came out & diagnosed/found the culprit in a timely fashion. But, I'm just scraping the surface here. The first associate that visited us was very knowledgeable & friendly to my wife & myself. Months later, after the diagnosis had been made, we had the actual repair done! The tech that did the actual job was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME,
bar none. He didn't just do the job, he surpassed all expectations. Had a couple of hiccups in the job that had popped up, but he handled them with the utmost style & grace. He even followed up with us the following day. Absolutely SUPER friendly!!!
