These folks were fantastic. We had a leak in the pipe under our kitchen sink that was spewing sewage. Liberty Mutual called out ALD and they were here within 1 day. GREAT service- this company was recommended but several other pool companies. Thought we had a leak in our pool. Brian was our technician. He was great. Texted before they came with his picture and cell. Showed up on time. Explained everything in detail. So glad we did not have a leak but Brian show me the problem and what needed to be replaced. They charge a service fee to come out- it is what it is, but you get what you pay for! Additionally my sister has used them also many times for in house plumbing leaks- they do amazing work.

Good service, little expensive, quick appointment but the service could have been more logical. The leak was draining the water to skimmer level, it is obvious that the water stopped at that level so my first suspect was leak in the skimmer bit the guy did all the tests before testing the skimmer joint. My pool guy would have put putty for $50 bucks but I had to pay 2 hours minimum.

Came out and found the problem with our pool leak. Had to remove concrete to get to. Was absolutely dreading how it was going to wreck the decking. Not to worry. They cut out a small area fixed the pipe and then re did the decking they cut out. It took a good portion of the day. Pool sweep, filter etc are working again. The rusted out copper pipe is now PVC
