As good as a contractor gets! Called about losing water at a rapid rate after having our pool refinished. They came out right away. Checked every system on the pool to be sure they were not leaking. Found the leak, gave me a quote and returned to fix the leak with a 10 minute arrival window. This leak was not an easy fix. They dug up the concrete with a jack hammer and remover pavers. When I came to inspect I could not tell they had been there. No dust, No dirt, every paver back in place and all systems running! On time and under budget.. If only all sub contractors were this reliable and professional.
Thank you guys soooo much!

What a pleasure to do business with. Bill is VERY personable and explains everything. We would give him 10 stars if we could. Thanks to Abby Pools for the recommendation. Our hot tub is an oldie but goodie. We didn't want to replace it so now thanks to this very experienced person, we will have our tub up and going in no time. He is a busy man but was able to squeeze us in. We cannot say enough good things about him. He is worth waiting for. Thanks again. Enough the ""apple pie"" and the meyer lemons Roy and Sandy

Wish I could give these jokers less than 1 star.
They are not responsive and don't want to do business. Called them Wednesday afternoon didn't get back to me until this morning and told me they didn't have anything open until next week. Great if I have a leak that needs to be found, never mind that they won't actually fix it.
Don't use these jokers. Not professional at all, not responsive at all.

We had a leak under our concrete driveway. Our plumber said we would probably have to tear up the slab to repair the leak. He recommended American Leak Detection to pinpoint the leak and minimize destruction of our driveway. The appointment was easily set. Jim came out, and within minutes I felt more relaxed just by his professional demeanor. He hooked up a tank of nitrogen to a nearby faucet, listened for the leak, and found it. The leak was just a few inches off the concrete slab--no need to destroy our driveway! Jim marked the location, and the next day our plumber confirmed the leak location: spot on! It wasn't cheap, but it was worth it for the accuracy. These guys know their stuff.

This company is the best. Bill came out and found the major leak in our spa. He patched it is no additional charge. The leak slow down but the water was still dropping so I called Bill back and hecame back out and re-checked my spa. Hefound another leak and repaired that one at no additional charge. Shelly in the office is great and very personable. You just can't do better than using these guys

Owner came out to check our pool and equipment,
Bill was very professional , knowledgeable and nice to work with.
I would recommend him and call him again if needed.

Be warned that they don't deliver and will steal your money. They guaranteed that they would find the leak or there would be no charge. Their technician was basically clueless, did not find the leak, but charged us $345 anyway, after promising that they wouldn't. Avoid this company like the plague.

I had a large water leak on the pool or spa but could not locate it. The staff member they sent
out was professional but also down to earth enough that he was able to explain each step in his
process of finding the leak. He did find the leak it was in the return line for the spa . I would recommend this company. Considering the amount of time that he took the cost was fair

Bill came out (on time) and carefully located the leak (pool). It was underground under the concrete decking in the return line. He explained he could cut thru the decking and repair the pipe (not for 1-2 weeks). Since I was concerned that these 60 year old copper pipes might just start leaking somewhere else in a couple of years, we discussed running new PVC pipes from the equipment room. This would be much more expensive and destructive of decking, but it would provide a long term permanent solution. Then Bill suggested another idea - switching the pool sweep inlet port in the side of the pool to provide the return flow port and plugging the pool sweep into the skimmer. After discussion this turned out to be: 1) simple, 2) immediate, 3) inexpensive. Bill made the change in plumbing in 20 minutes and plugged the old inlet ports with underwater epoxy to seal off the leak. He explained that we could drill/chip this out, if in the future, we ever wanted to use them again. Very happy!

We have a swimming pool and we notice a severe leak a few weeks ago. We thought it must be a broken pipe underground, so I called American Leak Detection for a service. Bill came last week, he checked everything and found a couple of cracks. He patched the cracks for us without extra charge. While I did a bucket testing after the fix, I found the leaking was much better than before but still noticeable. I called the company and Bill agreed to come back to re-check the issue the next business day.
When he came for the second time, he found that it was the same crack causing the leak. He patched it again. Since then, there was no leaking anymore.
We greatly appreciate their service and appreciate that they treat their customer with a great care. Shelly was very polite on the phone and Bill was very experienced and professional. They did not charge for the re-check and re-patch. We paid $395 for the detection service. We are very pleased that we did not need to make extra effort for the fix because it had been taken care of during the detection check.
It was definitely a positive experience and we will surely use them again in the future.
