My first leak I called ""the other guys"", and it was an expensive lesson. The came in and found the problem, fixed it, and gave recommendation. The second leak was in a different area and like they told me (I don't listen well) it was gonna keep happening. The third leak well let's just say I finally listened and paid for the bypass.

I was frightened by this man. He didn't find the leak (which was found by a different company, after he left). My service dog ran up to him which scared him. He became extremely agitated and pulled out a pocket knife. He told me he uses the knife to stab dogs who scare him. He told me he killed two other dogs while on service calls. I put my dog back in the house.

I highly recommend that you avoid this guy. Seems very unstable and violent.

COMPLETE IDIOT AND INCOMPETENT. my pool was installed by a faulty company, so now i have a leak. Yes i am suing the person responsible so i need to find out where this leak is. so i made the mistake of calling this idiot.
THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY is the one who shows up to do the test. As soon as he learns its a lawsuit case, he refuses to do the test. ""We don't do tests for lawsuits because then we might get sucked in. Now, if that was true, which its not, the most he would have to do is maybe show up to court and testify his report is accurate.
What a great company! Don't do you job because you might have to do extra work later. $400 for this dumb test and he cant be bothered.

Tim B. from the initial phone contact to the completed job was confident, knowledgeable, professional, skillful, organized, clean and has an outstanding ""work ethic."" We had a slab leak from our main water line to the house under our concrete driveway. Tim skillfully utilized his state-of-art detection equipment to locate the leakage, removed a small section of concrete, excavated and prepped/removed the damaged/failed site then repaired with top-of-the-line parts. The repair was confirmed, site back-filled and patched with concrete after ""prepping"" the edges so it's like a work of art!!! Architectural art. It's as if nothing occurred. The work was done with ""surgical"" precision. Yes I am very pleased as is my wife of Tim's work. I ""highly"" recommend Tim with American Leak Detection. He has the tools and equipment plus the knowledge and skill to do the job right!! Did I mention he has a strong ""Work Ethic.""

American Leak Detection was a very professional and very thorough team that came to our rescue!! They came to our home after having a couple of competitor plumbing companies visit our home with some disturbing news that we needed a complete repipe because of a slab leak from our hot water line leading into the house with extremely high estimates. Nick, came out and explained very thoroughly the whole process and made the repairs at half the original competitors estimate!! Very clean and very professional!! This company comes highly recommended from our household!! One small window cut in our hallway to make the repair which will be very easy to repair and the least of our worries now thanks to the team at this establishment.
