Very Professional.A little expensive, but I think they offer you excellent service. We picked patriot water softener since it is a little cheaper than President, but Tom assured me that Patriot is as good as President. They offer great warranty, no trip charges, nothing. They truly deserve 5 star reviews.

I had a 50 gallon gas water heater that had failed and also caused some water damage. I called these guys at 10 in the morning and they were able to get to my house by 1 PM a little earlier than promised. They replaced my old water heater and fixed the water damage, replaced a shutoff valve, and still honored their originally quoted price. The replacement water heater had better controls than the one they replaced. There technician was professional, friendly and quick. I am very happy with the work that was done.

Eight years of horrible noise and vibration from the HVAC system. After we unfortunately had a new unit installed by a cousin eight years ago (NEVER mix business and family!), it made such a huge vibration that it could be heard throughout the house, and one bedroom was so noisy it could not be slept in, even with ear plugs. We honestly didn't know how we could sell or rent the house this way. We had two AC companies out long ago, both of which said they improved the situation, liars! I was reluctant to call AHWA because I mostly saw excellent reviews about water treatment systems and I needed a real HVAC EXPERT to get to the bottom of this problem. But this was our only opportunity to work on it so I called. They explained that there would be a $90 service charge no matter what. I hate hearing that when you know there's a good chance they can't fix it. Darrin came out and went up on the roof to see what was going on. He was up there for quite a while. Came back down and said he fixed it. We turned on the AC and ...NO NOISE!!! It did turn out to be an installation problem (stupid cousin!) that took an expert to diagnose. Sooooo glad we called AHWA. Oh, and the final bill, $90!

I am a realtor and have use this company not only for myself but have clients who have used them as well. The nice thing is you can buy your tank and install it yourself or have handyman do it as well. Hot water tanks are a common problem in the valley because of our hard water here they tend to need to be replaced every 8 to 10 years. BEST PRICES I HAVE SEEN!

Like others, we had a great experience with AHW. I first used them last year for the installation of a water softener. Last week, I came home in the afternoon to find that our water heater had failed and was leaking water all over the garage. I called a few companies to get quotes and ended up choosing AHW due to the previous experience I had with them as well as the fact that they beat the next closest quote by $300. I had a new water heater 20 hours after my initial phone call and the technicians, Mario and Angel, did a professional job. They cleaned up after themselves and I honestly couldn't even tell they had done any work other than the fact we had a new water heater.

We just got back into our winter residence to realize the AC did not work. After phoning we were told that somebody would be out in the afternoon. Brad showed up and did a quick assessment and replaced the defective part. The service was fantastic and the bill was a lot lower than the one we paid last year to a company now out of business(so much for warranty). This company is highly recommended. Thank you.

After reading the positive Yelp reviews I decided to give this company a try. Maybe I got the one bad technician or he was having a bad day. After rearranging my afternoon to be able to meet Fred, it ended up being a waste of time since he obviously didn't want to be there and couldn't wait to leave. My daughters house is two stories. Fred doesn't climb ladders so that was the end of his visit. He said they haven't been doing AC systems very long so only would do single story homes. Shouldn't the salesperson I talked to on the phone have vetted the situation before setting up the appointment? Any way we ended up finding a Howard Air a fantastic smaller company with employees who care and provide excellent service.

This morning we realized we didn't have any hot water and noticed a leak and I called AHW at noon and had a new water heater by 4pm the same day. I can't say enough about how impressive their service has been. Their installers have always been very professional and prompt. This isn't our first experience with AHW. They also installed our water softener and R/O system 2 years ago and came back last year for regular maintenance on our R/O. They made sure to call us for the service and both the softener and the R/O have been such great additions to our home.
I recommend this company without hesitation.

I had a leaking hot water heater and really needed help. I called a few places and none of them offered to give me an estimate over the phone. They all wanted to come out and would charge a fee that would go towards the repair but a fee none the less. I wasn't comfortable with this and went on Yelp to see if I locate a company this way. I saw the great reviews for American Home Water and Air and sent my information to them online. Tom called me and was super nice, he asked me a few questions about the size of my home and quoted me $750 over the phone and offered to remove my old water heater. The guys that came out were so sweet and caring. They really took care of me and kids and even fixed my dryer vent since it was moved when they took out the old water heater. Definitely use this company they are the best!
