Wort service ever! Their scheduling system is so rigid, it comes up with your window delivery times by computer and they have NO way to adjust it. How ridiculous. They also can't tell you more than one day in advance what the delivery window is. So, if you've waited 4 weeks to have your appliance installed after paying for it through sears (like me) and then the time they give you the day before does not work out, you have NO way to change it or adjust. You just have to reschedule....likely for much later and hope that delivery time works out. This is terrible for me as a landlord as I have no way to coordinate times with my tenant the full 24 hours in advance as is often required in the lease. Terrible business practice. Their call center is also terrible. You will sit on waiting and get looped out of line SEVERAL times just to pick the option to wait to speak to someone about scheduling. Here this is my fourth time calling over the past couple weeks because the scheduling has been so difficult and again I have been waiting for 30 minutes, being kicked out of line at least 4 times, with no end in sight. I will never order an appliance from sears again, nor will I ever use this service in the future. Completely unacceptable to have such bad service after someone spent hundreds of dollars on an appliance and the additional fee for delivery and installation. Terrible!

I purchased an new range from Sears. In theory, it's being delivered tomorrow. However, I cannot get in touch with these people. I have called several times in the last few days, waiting for over a half hour each time while their machine told me that they ""appreciated my patience"" and ""would be with me shortly,"" only to be turned over to an answering service that says their mailbox is full, so I can't leave a message. Totally unacceptable. I won't buy another appliance from
Sears if they continue to use this installer.

This company contracted by Sears to hook up my ice maker. It took them 1 week to contact me about the an appointment. They gave me an appointment 2 weeks later. They call the day before to confirm and gave me a window from 2-6 pm. Well they NEVER came or call to reschedule the appointment. Also they never answer there phone when you call or keep putting you on hold.

I would NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

ZERO STARS!!!! This company is absolutely trash! From missed appointments to broken promises, to a bad installation which resulted in a damaged water line; the list just goes on and on!! Management was finally contacted with the help of Sears and still nothing has been resolved. Find out WHO the subcontractor is from the store that you're making purchases from; and if it's these clowns, cancel the order or use your own contractor for delivery and installation!!

DO NOT EVEN BUY AN APPLIANCE IF THIS IS YOUR INSTALLATION COMPANY! This place is a JOKE!. Shame on Sears and Lowes and any other big company for caring so little about their customers that they don't find a better company to interface with them. These clowns are undependable, unreachable, rude and literally couldn't care less about their customers. I took a day off of work for nothing. I called Sears when they didn't show and Sears finally told me that they see my delivery in the computer for next Sunday. WHAT???? Also I had THREE different numbers to reach them and ALL THREE were correct and ALL THREE had the same message which stated their hours and then ""don't leave a message, this line is for informational purposes only"". There is LITERALLY no way to reach them and Sears tried to but they had the same experience. When I think of all the competent and decent people out there who would be happy to provide excellent customer service and instead these guys are getting ALL of the business from Sears and Lowes (and whoever else) it makes me furious. Don't buy anything that will ultimately require the services of this company.

Made a serious error when installing a gas dryer and did little to try to resolve the issue. The installer then told me it was a bad unit and he couldn't help. Had to call another company to fix the issue. I suggest looking elsewhere for appliance services.

I had the same problems with a Sears contracted installation of my dishwasher. American Home missed appointment like many others and the installation has taken 3 weeks. Also, the installer scalped me for the installation kit that's $19,99 at Sears. He charged me $60 and we were desperate to get the appliance installed. The Sears staff did not tell me I need the kit. Buy somewhere else and ask who the installer is.

These guys are horrible. Waited at home all day for their installer to arrive, only to have him call me at 8:30 p.m. to tell me that he wasn't coming (no kidding?), because his company scheduled him for sixteen installs that day. Even if they could teleport between houses, I don't think there's any way a team of two guys can do installs in 16 houses in a 12-hour period. This company sets their installers up to fail. Not to mention horrible communication, not returning calls, closing the business earlier than posted hours, and having no way for customers to leave a voicemail after hours. Just awful. Sadly, they have to reason to improve, as companies like Sears and Costco require you to use them.

This company never answers its phone even during work hours. I have played phone tag with them for weeks trying to get something installed. They don't tell you when they are coming until the day before and conveniently ignore your phone calls when you try to change the time to or interfere with work. I've even tried to get Lowes to contact them, who hired them for the job, and they won't even respond to them. Pathetic customer service.
