One of the things I really like about Rahid was how easy it was to get a hold of him. You call and he answers. If he doesn't answer right away, he calls you back. You deal with him, not an intermediary.
Wearing a mask, Rahid was a few minutes early to our appointment. He came in and quickly replaced the kitchen faucet he had suggested I buy. When asked to look at a dripping bathroom faucet, he determined it only needed tightening and he fixed the problem.
I was more than satisfied with work and the outcome. Really makes me appreciate good workmanship and soooo happy to have a reliable kitchen faucet again!

I found a bad leak in my backyard water piping right after moving into my new home. Raheb was very responsive, coming to help right away even on a weekend during pandemic social distancing time. He was able to drill into my cement and fixed my issue promptly. He is very knowledgeable which I can tell from his explanations about techniques and options. Our 15-year-old water heater started leaking yesterday and stopped making hot water! Raheb was referred by a friend and responded to us after hours to schedule the appointment for the next day. Less than 24hours later, I have a brand new water heater in my garage and no more cold showers!

Our toilet in 2nd floor leaked and showed up in 1st floor ceiling. Raheb responded quickly and showed up with Alan. They found out the sewage drain under the toilet is broken, and fixed it quickly. They also did other fix in the house, and answered my questions patiently.

I contacted Rahib, the owner, and once I explained the situation, he made a thorough assessment on two potential issues related to the shower head not completely turning off. He provided a quote and was very professional. Once he came to the home he quickly identified the issue and replaced the cartridge in the shower lever. He ensured the area was clean when he left. In addition, he provided good recommendations related to a water softener system. I needed to have two shower faucet cartridges replaced that had become worn out and had started malfunctioning. I called Raheb because he was nearby and was open on a Sunday. I couldn't believe that he answered my call at such an off hour. But he answered my call, and requested I send him a photo of the faucet. He offered to come to my home that night, but I said the next day would be fine. He agreed and came to the house as promised the next day with the necessary parts to make the repairs. Raheb really knew his trade well, and made the repairs quickly. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. If I have plumbing problems in the future, he will be the first one I'll call. I was really pleased with his service.

Raheb did a wonderful work installing a whole house water conditioner/filtration system. My place has a narrow tandem garage and I had to keep the filter all the way in since there wasn't enough space to keep it right next to the city water pipe coming in to the house. Also the builder didn't expose any loop. So Raheb had to find the loop, cut, weld and do a lot of hard work. Ultimately after 1.5 days he did a very good job of installing it. Though the work was very demanding he never once complained which I really like about him - Very professional and genuine.

Professional!! What else I should say? Raheb installed non-salt based water softener at my home.

He quoted really fair amount initially compared to other plumbers. But, the work was not simple at my house. But, he installed it very clean and looks perfect.

He will be my recommended plumber in future!!
