I had a water leak under my kitchen sink, I found American Home Plumbing on Yelp, made a call to the owner Raheb, he was able to come out the same day to take a look at the problem, and ended up fixing it the same day at a great price. Really easy working with Raheb, and he is very knowledgeable in what he does. Dependable, reliable, and great service, I'll be contacting him again for future services. It was an excellent experience dealing with Raheb. Most other plumbing services were charging a fee just to come in a diagnose the problem, and than would provide an estimate making the whole arrangement very open ended and uncomfortable. On the other hand Raheb just told me he would by take a look and didn't feel it was a very serious problem. He was pretty straightforward that he would give a quote and if I liked it he would fix the issue than an there.
He came home looked at the flush that I felt was draining water back into the bowl and figured that the flushing mechanism had deteriorated and that and the seal needed to be replaced. He finished the whole work in an hour or so for a very reasonable estimate.

Would definitely recommend him and go back to him for my other plumbing requirements.

Raheb is the god of Quality...

Needed him last minute for a quick fix with my kitchen sink's pipes, he came over and found the issue in a matter of minutes and quickly repaired all damages and fixed it up like it was nothing. This man plays no games, he does the job and completes the mission! 10/10 for his service and his kindness, any future plumbing services I will definitely request Raheb personally!

Don't even waste your time with anybody else, don't try to fix it yourself after watching a few YouTube videos, just call Raheb at American Home Plumbing Service. I'm so glad we did, he's a life saver! Our shower knob started leaking water and it flooded down into another condos garage storage area, it was a disaster. Raheb was able to come out shortly after we called, he was extremely professional and knew exactly what needed to be done. We were back in business in no time, and for literally thousands of dollars less than some of these other ""top 10 plumbers on yelp in San Jose, CA"" wanted to charge us. Seriously, don't waste your time with anybody else, we just found the best plumber ever. You wont be disappointed. I wish I could give a 10 star rating and I will go out of my way to recommend him to everyone I know.

Raheb's work is QUALITY.

He came out on Christmas eve day, my water heater would not stay lit, I had a house full of people coming over for dinner, disaster, right? Nope. He came out within the hour then had GE ship me a replacement part since the water heater was still under warranty. He repaired it replacing the thermal coupler and followed up. He is very professional and knows his stuff. He is METICULOUS and precise with his work. OUTSTANDING! I highly recommend him

This is kind of too bad. Reading the reviews makes someone think that kind of experience is what to expect. I guess I would give this company more slack if it didn't advertise that it gives ""100% response time within 1 hour."" See, I haven't even gotten that far.

I went to their website, filled out a request for quote form (because it isn't an emergency) on Monday afternoon. Waited. Called them Wednesday afternoon at 1:20pm because it's not an emergency but I am trying to get a quote, and left a voice message with all the details I put in my request on their Contact Form - and mentioning in the voice message that I filled out the Quote Request on Monday. Today is Friday. Nothing. No, it's not an emergency. But four days to still not reply to a request for quote when they advertise what they do is what is disappointing. I don't doubt the great reviews from other people, and I am a pretty patient and understanding person, and maybe it's just unlucky; but to advertise the response rate the way they do is disappointing, something people should hear about, and reason for the one star. They might notice that.
