Fred E.I think their plumbers are inclined to replace anything they have a part for on the truck whether you need it or not and bill you accordingly. I would not rehire them ever again. Buyer be--very-- ware!
Tom O.I used these folks to do some plumbing and electrical work as their bid was lower than the others. Apparently for a reason. While they workers were nice and all, their work left something to be desired. The plumbing failed inspection on two counts, and their electrical should have failed. Sorry it's not code to install a 3 prong electrical outlet and just cut off the ground wire and leave it dangling. (I'm glad I paid for that permit to have the FtC inspector miss it too!).
