We recently purchased a house which had a very loose kitchen faucet and broken dispensers. My poor husband tried to fix it himself (bless his heart). In the end, we had to call the pros. Jesse from the American Freedom Plumbing came out the same day and fixed it right away. Great guy, great service, great company, would highly recommend them.

I used AFP a week ago for plumbing issue and they did a good job for what took 10 minutes of work and charged almost $200. I needed work done today to trouble shoot a leak from my garbage disposal. ..l purchased one from Lowes the day before because the one I had was over 10 years old and figured a new one was in order. Lowes said that they would charge $99 for the installation but I wanted to try and support local businesses where we live and asked AFP if they would price match. ...No was the answer and their charge was a firm price of $289. Obviously I told them that why would I pay 3 times the price and AFP just lost my business for life. They don't get a second chance to screw me over...you blew it AFP.

James and his son arrived to install approx.100 ft of water line, several valves and a back flow preventer for an irrigation system. They worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. They asked several important questions and made adjustments to our original plan to accommodate my future needs. Their work was impeccable. Any tradesman that work according to best practices instead of just to code has my business. They are now my go to plumber! I have already recommended them to my neighbors. For those who say they are high priced, the other quotes I received for this job were 3 times higher. They may not be the cheapest, but they provide the best value for money of any plumber I have used in Georgia. Bravo guys. See you for the next project.

I had a pvc cap on a pipe in my basement pop. There is no pressure on the pipe according to the service tech that came in and looked at it. He said it probably was just old and was never meant to be left there it was just for testing and should have been replaced by the builder. It was only a $5 part at most and took the tech about 5 minutes to fix. I mean it literally took him longer to go to his truck and get the part than it took him to fix it. He was a nice guy but told me originally it would cost $269 to fix and I told him that was crazy. He said he could do it for the lowest cost they offer which was $205. I could have and should have just told him no about fixing it but I felt like the guy had driven out and diagnosed the issue and it was only fair to have him fix it. I had him check the pressure on the house so at least I could get something out of it and it was 90 so I had him quote me for a new pressure regulator and he wanted $544 for that. They are nice and quick to get here but they are stupid high. I won't call them anymore and will make sure that I spread the word to my neighbors here in Bentwater how crazy expensive they are.

The technician that came to our house was very friendly and professional. However, I feel that the fee of $285 just to come out is very high compared to other local companies. We had scheduled another appointment with this company to replace our water heater but after I called around a few more places I realized their quote was double what other companies are charging. Unless you have a dire emergency and this is the only company available I would recommend calling around so you can get a more fair price.

We had American Freedom Plumbing come out because we had a chronic problem with the plumbing. They diagnosed the problem and explained exactly what needed to be done. They replaced outside piping and a lot of piping and connections in the basement too. Jesse and Levi worked all day and into the night to get the job done. They were extremely polite and friendly. When the job was finished they cleaned up everything. I will definitely always recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber!

Not happy with service. Bought a new water heater exactly a year ago and now it's not functioning properly and I keep having to call them out to try and fix it.
