AWFUL AWFUL company!! I should have known when my calls were answered with "hello" instead in a professional manner. I scheduled an appointment for Monday at 9 am, by 10:30 am I was calling them to find out the delay. Was told they had to call me back which they did and I was told the truck pump was out and I needed to be rescheduled. They rescheduled for Wednesday at 2 pm. By 3:30 pm I was calling to find out the delay again. I was told they were stuck on jobs that threw them behind. I ask how long it would be before they got to me and was told they needed to call me back. Receive a call back and yet I was told there must have been miscommunication within the office and they needed to reschedule again. Mind you this would be the 3rd reschedule appointment in 1 week. I told them NO that I would find someone else. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY unless you like begging for your money to be taken or like waiting as your precious time is wasted.!!! I wish I could have given no stars. I can't in good conscience recommend this company.
Update: This company just posted on their website a rebuttal pretending that they never spoke with me. WOW adding insult to injury. I have phone and emails to prove.
