I had a leak in a pipe under a floor in my house which was built in 1947. I think it's called a slab leak.

Time was of the essence because the floor boards were being pushed upwards and mold was starting to appear.

American Eagle scheduled an emergency visit and took care of it within a few hours of having called them. And the bill was less than I expected.

We had a foundation leak. I called John because our kids played baseball together. He came out that day and completely over charged us for the work he did. What irritates me the most of that he lead me to believe insurance would cover most of the work done, which they do not and he knew that. They do not display pricing anywhere. The worst part of the whole experience is the restoration company that he tried to bring with him but I wanted to wait for insurance. I ended up using the company since I thought i thought I could trust John. They ended up being shady crooks!!

We had a great experience with American eagle plumbing. Like a lot of people in our area, we had some issues when the winter storm came and our water softener system was damaged. We decided to wait on doing anything because of the out of pocket expense. Then cue the unit leaking. I called these kind folks and they got someone out next day to look at our unit. They determined that it was needing replaced (not surprising with the issues we had been experiencing). Hunter was the gentlemen who came out and explained our options, gave us a quote etc. we had to get some drywall fixed first and he was super flexible with the scheduling. Fast forward to today- we just got our new softener installed and I couldn't be happier! Hunter did a great job and explained everything I needed to do in order to upkeep our new system. He was in and out within an hour and overall this has been a great experience. I will use them for any future needs and refer them to everyone I know. Thanks again!!

Looking for trust and honesty for your home needs? Look no further, Jon and Ellen are for you! We had some home issues of prior owners cutting corners or incorrectly trying to do things on their own and unfortunately while replacing our water softener we ran into many issues and a few days later our water heater went out. American Eagle Plumbing to the rescue! We had an amazing experience working with them. They were able to help us right away, no waiting for weeks or up charge for immediacy. A true local, mom and pop company with human values. We're a younger couple with not a lot of emergency money to work with for when something big goes out and they were willing to work with us on payment and being able to pay in cash for a lower rate. We never felt like we were being taking advantage of or tricked into anything.

I've seen a few reviews about the long time that they were at their residence, but that was reassuring to me! They made sure the job was completely done perfectly. My husband and I both still work from home and we barely heard a peep. The work was done a few months ago and we have had zero future issues with our new water heater and water softener they helped install. I'm so grateful to them!

Having to do big repairs or replacements in your home can be daunting, stressful, and expensive and we will continue to call American Eagle Plumbing in the future for our home and have recommended to our neighbors in Hutto as well. A few days after their work they sent us cookies from the local Tiff Treats! We were completely surprised and it was so heartwarming. These days working with businesses can feel like a manipulative game; hire American Eagle Plumbing and you will get kindness and be made to feel like a family or friend. Highly recommend!

Had numerous things done to my home, all work was exceptionally done with absolute care and consideration.

There's a lot of positive things to say, but most importantly is that I have complete trust in American Eagle Plumbing. Specifically for a water softener installation, Hunter provided a few options -- one of which I had not even considered and was less expensive than what I had in mind. He walked me through what each option meant and how they work, then stepped back and let me make my own decision.

Allowing me to make my own decision of the options without strong-arming me into anything -- and even offering a cheaper alternative-- is very honorable. I have absolute respect for American Eagle Plumbing and absolute confidence that they've got my back.

I believe I had a frozen pipe during the cold spell last week. Since just moving to Texas I did not know anything about the plumbing in my home. I called early in the morning and spoke to John, we was so helpful in explaining about the plumbing in my home and the options I had. I ended up calling 3 times with more questions, he was so patient and responsive. I will definitely depend on American Eagle with any future plumbing issues.

They over charged for the repair and did poor quality work. They also burned PVC pipes next to the copper pipes they sweated. Stay away from this company.

What a great job Jon did installing our new water softening system!!! And he gave me this unbelievable multifunctional pen that his wife Ellen found as an advertising gift!
It's the little things in life that can make you happy.....as well as the brand new water softener!!!

John at American Eagle Plumbing was so nice and professional. He did a great job with all of our plumbing problems after the ice storm. He worked tirelessly to get our home back to normal.

1, They gave an appointment 1 week out and confirmed on text that "free estimate" would be provided for repair when they came out
2. Talked on phone with tech 1 day before. He did not mention any extra fees. Then he texted saying "we are coming out for free" but "there may be a charge" to identify what parts need to be replaced. What a joke
3. When i asked how much, texted back "USUSALLY 190-259, cost of repair would be additional"
4. I complained about the bait and switch 1 week after appointment, and mentioned Angies list reviews. Then their tune was slightly changed "if we have to spend time troubleshooting the unit the fee will be in place"

I would avoid. The fee should have been mentioned up front, instead of texting me "free estimate" when the issue with water heater had already been described. Then when homeowner is helpless, describing the fees last minute.
Go with plumbmasters or other that charge fixed 89$ fee and apply it to repairs and are clear about the fees upfront.
