Hi, this is Heather and Ken, and we are so thrilled to share what an amazing company American Drain is. We had a terrible backup in our main sewer line, we called American drain with this emergency, and Tim was over here the same day to diagnose and let us know what needed to be done. We had to have all of the sixty some year old cast iron pipes replaced under the house down to the middle of the street. It was an extremely huge job, and Tim and his crew were all so patient and kind throughout the whole process with all of our questions and concerns. They made it as comfortable as they possibly could through the whole process, which was fantastic as this is my
elderly parents' home, and something like this can be very difficult to go through. They left one bathroom functioning during the day when possible and always functioning at night. We had just remodeled the one bathroom, and we were so happy that they only had to go in through the other bathroom. Their quote to us was so reasonable and held true throughout the process regardless of what problems arose. They were always on time and very professional. They replaced the tile and vanity and repainted for us.
Unheard of! When all was said and done, they thoroughly cleaned up and left it as if nothing had happened. We would give them 10 stars if we could.

The last atmospheric river almost did me in. At 11 PM I realized that I had a flood that was a 1/4 inch from entering through my sliding glass door into the house. Fortunately, there was another drain that was working about 12 ft from the ones that were backing up. It took my wife and myself over an hour to push by brooms the 2 to 3 inches of collected water to the working drain. The next morning after ""Googling"" I found American Drain Co. Tim, the owner, immediately answered the phone, and made arrangements to come out the next day when the rain had stopped. He was right on time, and quickly tried to hydoblast the offending drain line, but to no avail. With a line camera and a detector he was able to find, and mark several surface areas where my drain line was clogged. The next day four workers came under the supervision of Alex. They were able to dig and find exactly were Tim had marked to discover the cracked and broken lines. The workers were professional, removed the broken sections, and spliced in new drain lines. They made certain to put tarps on my grass where they piled up the soil to get to the lines. By doing this it saved my grass, and when they were finished I could not detect where they had worked. All in all, I was tremendously pleased with the thoroughness, and perfect repairs. I am very anal, and made certain that every repair was warranted. Tim was a delight to work with, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. So do yourself a favor, if you have the need, go no further than reaching out to Tim.

I had escalating problems with the drainage systems in my backyard for a couple years now which was causing no end of problems, up to and including nearly flooding the house. Most standard plumbers don't deal with outdoor drainage so it was hard to find the right company. I finally found it in American Drain!

From the start Tim was responsive and set up time to estimate. Estimate and initial inspection surfaced many issues which meant Alex and his crew came out and got to work. Not only did they find and repair 2 separate drainage lines, one of which was running under the house, but they also found additional problems that they found quick and efficient fixes for.

Their attention to detail and the extra mile they went to in order to put everything back better than before was apparent and appreciated. Tim, Alex, and crew were diligent and great to work with. Would highly recommend them for any of your drainage issues!

Tim and his crew added a 25' drain line to tie into an exsisting drain line in my front yard.
I had an area that turned into a lake whenever it rained. They had to tunnel under a walkway and re-route a sprinkler line to get to the main drain line. They were very neat and covered the excisting lawn with a plastic tarp before they dug out the dirt and the lawn (in small squares) for the trench. When it was all finished you can't even tell were the lawn was removed and replaced. The new drain works great - highly recommend!

During the recent Hurriquake my pool almost overflowed and my backyard had 2.5"" of water in it due to the deck drains not working.
Tim came by, took a look at the line for the backyard drains and gave me an excellent quote for replacing the broken/collapsed main line draining my backyard to the street.
His team came in a few days later and replaced 50 feet of line and concrete.
They did a great job with the line replacement and concrete rework.
I appreciated that they cleaned up their work area at the end of every day and did an excellent final cleaning when the job was completed.
Total time from initial inspection/quote to finishing the job was 7 days.

Tim came out initially to work on our sewer line which was clogged and also needed to install a new clean out. While he was inspecting the rest of the system he found some more damaged area, I asked him to just replace it all. He kept the same time frame for the completion of the job even though I added more work. I was really impressed with Tim and his crew. I highly recommend Tim and American Drain Company.

Out of all the repairs we've done to our house in the past year, I can say that American Drain Company was the easiest to work with because they communicate to you step by step what's going to happen which, Tim's team executes. We did have issues with our drains because a lot of debris and tree roots were clogging it up, which is why we called them. They also dug up the cement for us, all in all the job took 2 days! They are also a great clean up crew, always left it clean whenever they were done for the day.
