Tim gave me an estimate and was able to schedule an appointment right away. His team was very friendly, courteous and helpful, explained the options available. He was able to clear my washing machine drain that was backing up efficiently and neatly cleaned everything up. Would definitely use them again.

Out of all the repairs we've done to our house in the past year, I can say that American Drain Company was the easiest to work with because they communicate to you step by step what's going to happen which, Tim's team executes. We did have issues with our drains because a lot of debris and tree roots were clogging it up, which is why we called them. They also dug up the cement for us, all in all the job took 2 days! They are also a great clean up crew, always left it clean whenever they were done for the day.

We bought a new home in Simi Valley, and we needed a full drain replacement. I liked how Tim responded over the phone right away, while other companies they were pretty hard to get a hold of. After talking, we were able to have him come over to the house to take a look, before he left he gave us an estimate that was right within our budget. When we started working, whatever concerns I had, he had got it addressed right away. The job needed a whole pipe bursting drain replacement. Tim's crew were hard at work from start to finish. They are on top of my list of plumbers to recommend.

All the guys at American Drain were a DREAM to work with! We needed to replace old pipes running in the slab underneath our house and got quotes from almost a dozen different plumbing companies. From the beginning, Tim (the owner) from American Drain was the most responsive. He was always quick to take our calls, very patient in answering our questions, and extremely knowledgeable.

After considering all the options, we ultimately decided to re-route the sewer line from under our house around to the side of the house and are so glad we went with American Drain. It was a big project, but Tim, Alex (the foreman), and their crew did an AMAZING job. They were great to work with for many reasons:

First, unlike a lot of the companies we spoke to, American Drain didn't just do the plumbing, but were able to repair drywall, patched up cement, fixed the brickwork they had to take out, etc. Truly a full service company.

Second, the crew was able to pivot and address issues as they arose. For instance, they found out on day one that the job was much tougher than anticipated as our house apparently sits on solid bedrock rather than dirt (which made it very difficult to dig the very long trench they had to dig), but they found a way to make it work without complaint. You can see how much rock they had to break up and dig out in the pictures!

Third, we love the initiative they took. For example, we had asked them to pour cement in a certain portion of our driveway after they installed the sewer line, knowing it wouldn't match and figuring we would get the entire area redone down the road one day. Before pouring the cement, Alex suggested carrying over the brickwork we had in other portions of the yard instead, even though it was much more labor intensive for his team to lay the bricks in a lattice pattern then it would have been for them to simply pour the cement (which they were already doing in other portions of the yard). We went with his suggestion and loved the way it turned out.

We had hesitated in hiring American Drain because their quote seemed too reasonable, especially given all the repairs they were going to make after installing the sewer line. However, they far and away exceeded our expectations. We wish we could hire them for everything we need done around the house!

I was referred to Tim a few years ago and has been my go to plumber ever since. Been a pleasure working with them! Tim and his team are responsive and very knowledgeable. I have an older home that has had a lot of problems over the years and the crew has always taken care of them right away. Whether it's been my sewer acting up, needing hydrojetting services or needing to descale the old cast iron they have always been efficient.

Big shoutout to American Drain Company!!! we have been having issues with our main sewer line to the street. We had several sewer companies come take a look. By far Tim stood out the most. If you have trees and big bushes planted next to your sewer line or lawn drains you will eventually have roots in the lines. We did and called American Drain Company. After experiencing their expertise, diligence and concern for fixing the problem in the most economical way, we can highly recommend American Drain Company. Tim really has a lot of experience and the right tools to locate the problem(s) including camera detection to pin point pipe clogs. He and his crew showed up on time, worked hard, kept us informed of what needed to be done and how they would fix the problem in the most cost effective way.
This was a two day job and we were not inconvenienced for more than an hour or so at a time during the whole process. They were especially careful of our property and landscaping. as they worked. When they were done my wife commented that you couldn't tell that they had even been there.
And they guaranteed their work for 10 years.
We have some more work to be done and we will call American Drain in Simi Valley first.

Our patio and yard drains were clogged with so much stuff. Called up American Drain Company and Tim who answered was great to talk to and decided to set up an appointment with him. Showed up on time and took a look, he suggested that we go ahead and do hydro jetting to unclog the backed up drains, which we ended up doing. I was new to the idea of hydro jetting because I never heard of it before but he explained exactly how the process was going to play out! It wasn't easy but they were patient and got it repaired. Blessed to have found Tim and crew, they are a great.

We've had major issues with our landscape drains since we moved in a couple of years ago. I've had a couple other local plumbing outfits to work on plumbing and landscape drain issues, both of which were overpriced and did mediocre work. Tim came out to clean the drain, ran the camera (without having to ask), and used his finder tool to determine the exact locations and lengths of two breaks in pipes. He was on time, easy to deal with, his quote was very reasonable, and his team had a pretty big job done right in two days. I recommended them to my parents for a job, and they were happy too.
