This company charges way too much money. You might as well call horizon and get the warranty. His excuse for charging so much money is because he has a lot of overhead. Well maybe you should leanr on how a business is run. Idiot

I had a clogged toilet. I called at 7:45 am he showed up a little before 9. Before he did any work he explained my two options and why. He quoted me two different costs depending on need. The lower cost was the answer. I don't think he was any more expensive than anyone else, but he was prompt and honest the entire time. The reason for four stars and not 5 is because it wasn't free (haha)..... we'll see if the problem is sloved. if it is than i will go 5

I had a badly clogged outdoor drain in a basement stairwell. I called American and arranged for them to come out and take a look. They were prompt in arrival and spent the time to accurately diagnose and deal with my issue - tree roots! They are also going to come back to treat my drain with stuff to kill roots and prevent them from coming back. Very nice people who go the extra mile to help.

These guys are great! I had a slow leak in my bathroom coming from the toilet base that I didn't know about until it was almost a lost cause. They gave me a quote before beginning the job and even though once they started to get into it and found out it wasn't going to be a simple fix, they stuck with the original quote when they could have easily charged me several hundred dollars more. They went more than above and beyond to get my leak corrected.
