Spoke to an employee about a Service call - he said $90 to show up, then whatever parts needed & time to install - He replaced 3 Fill Valves in 3 toilets - took about 30 mins of less - local planning supply places sells them to him for $12.99 each ( Coburns )
I'm thinking double markup & 1/2 hr labor - I leave for an errand & he gives my wife a $285 Bill - unbelievable- never again - price gouging at its finest ! More like American Screw all. Will never call them again for anything EVER !

I have used this company a few times in the past and they were good and did what they supposed to do. Until my recent service from American Do All, I was very disappointed and wasted my money hiring them. The plumber who rendered the service was polite and seemed to be a nice guy. However I don't really think he's a good plumber for my money. He left the incomplete job in my hands and now I have to call another plumbing company to finish the rest in order to avoid more issues. Never again using American Do All!

Had two small leaks fixed out side. A pvc plastic pipe and a 3/4/inch brass pipe. It took hom a total of 30 minutes and they tried to charge me 560.00 I refused and settled on 400. Which was about 200 too much, Never again.

After calling eleven plumbers, of which only 2 called me back, I called American Do-All and they set an appointment on the spot. I was in need of getting a water heater installed that day as the weather was going to be bad by the next day and the installation was in an outside closet. Also, I had only sponged bathed the knight before and really was in need to get hot water!!!! I need to also add, one of the componies that called back indicated an $800.00
fee. Of course being at least $400.00 over priced. However, that will be another review to wright.

We use ADA for repairs at the Health Club I work at and they have always provided excellent customer service as well as efficient service! And their name really represents them well, they do it all! From plumbing to AC work, they can help!

Hot water heater quit working one evening. Called American Do-All next morning and they had a repairman there by 12:30 pm same day. Within 45 minutes and replacing a minor part, water heater was working good as new.
American Do-All was fast, fair and good.

These guys are fast, efficient and fair. They can handle a bunch of different tasks, so I can call for just about anything I need. They are on time, work with my schedule and professional and friendly.

I sent these guys out to repair an AC that had quit. They told me it wasnt charged enough, and filled it. A month later, the AC quit again...they went out, recharged it again, and tried to sell me on a new unit. THE NEXT DAY it was blowing warm again, so i called a different company. Their guy found that it was dangerously overcharged, and correctly diagnosed it as a bad connector of some sort. Been working great ever since. American Do-All would not accept any responsibility for this screw-up. I strongly recommend avoiding these guys.

Needed whole house replumbed a few years ago ( well water corrosion of copper connectors). Came home to find new pipes running along walls IN THE ROOMS. New pipes under kitchen and bathroom sinks were installed right up against cabinet doors so there was no longer any usable space under the sink. Unbelievable. Request to put pipes inside the walls, and set-back in cabinets, was met with ""attitude."" They eventually did it, but come on, REALLY??? The app forced me to select at least 1 star; if there was an option for none, that's what I'd have given these people.
