American Craftsman recently re-piped our entire house in Queen Anne, replacing rusted pipes with PEX. We are very happy with the finished result, as well as with the process of working with American Craftsman Plumbing & Heating.

From start to finish, Ed was always prompt, reliable, and very easy to work with.

Ed came recommended by another contractor we had used for a separate project. Following a walk-through of the house, Ed's initial estimate for the job was very reasonable.

Throughout the project, Ed was easy to engage via e-mail or phone at all times. I could always count on a response or a returned call.

Our project was complicated by the fact that other contractors were replacing the furnace the same week that the re-piping was taking place. Ed was able to adjust his schedule to accommodate some extra piping requirements driven by the other project.

Ed took care to leave the work areas clean and organized at the close of each day and at the finish of the project.

We have more remodeling planned in the future, and at this point we will consider Ed to be our all-around go-to for plumbing needs going forward.

Mr. Harrison is very professional and works hard to make sure everything is done quickly and properly. He does excellent work and has very competitive pricing. He does plumbing, service calls and heating installs (and more). Having a radiant heating system is amazing and even though it's a bit more than a furnace heating system, you end up saving money in the long-run and having heated floor is fantastic. All around excellent company to work with.
