This company was contacted by home warranty company after an issue following a dishwasher installation. The problem was not the installation but the plumbing. It was late in the day and had resulted in having to turn off all water to house. A super disaster! Not only did American classic plumbing promptly respond to the call for service they stayed in constant contact with me The service person arrived as promised he assessed diagnosed the problem went for parts came back and actually fixed the problem completely in 10 to 15 minutes. Every single contact with this company was with a gracious cordial and caring person. When I mentioned it to the service person he said that's their culture. My response was you're lucky to work for this company! Highly recommend them.

Do not use these crooks! First of all, any company that would do warranty work for First American Home warranty have to be dishonest as well. First American pays their plumbing contractors $45 to install a new unit. So guess what American Classic does? They use the customers miserable predicament (no hot water) to price gauge them. $1,500 to install the new unit! We are talking unhooking three connections, hot water, cold water and gas and connecting them to the new unit. They no showed for their first appointment, then sent out the bosses son at 8pm. He stands there with a stupid look on his face and informs me that he knows nothing about Tankless water heaters. He literally just stands there doing nothing. So I finally suggested that we take the cover off so he can take a look. He says not necessary, they are just going to replace the unit. He then leaves without doing anything. This cost me $75. So do yourself a favor and find another honest plumbing company because these guys are nothing more the corrupt insurance hacks. I wouldn't let them plunge my toilet let alone install a new $1,200 water hea

Don't expect professionalism. They will do the work but you really have to keep on them to carry things through. I used them also for a restoration job ( they own both companies) and now I can't get ahold of anyone to close out my job. They made me put down a deposit of $800 and then told me I would get a refund. I'm waiting weeks now to get someone to answer me.

Alex and his crew were great! Alex was able to work with our insurance. They were able to communicate what was wrong and were very efficient in making repairs and helping us get our lives back to normal. Thank you American Classic Plumbing!

Worst experience. If I can give a minus 10, I would. They were assigned by First American Home Warranty. Linda, the scheduler made the appointment but the tech didnt show up. The following day at about 6pm, she called asking me if the technician could still come in the evening and I agreed but he never showed up. When he finally came out to fix the faucet in the tub that
was leaking intermittently, my faucet ended up leaking hot water continuously! He told me the valve needs to be replaced. He did not come back till after 10 days, ignoring all my calls and messages, all the time water was leaking profusely. When the technician arrived, he found out he did not have the valve in his box. Because I was leaving the following day for 1 month, I allowed him to use the new kit I bought for my other tub and was promised that I was going to get reimbursed. I gave the proof of purchase and Alex the owner authorized it with the promise that my check will be mailed. The check never arrived but they told Sarah from the President's office of First Am that it was mailed. I still have to receive it. DON'T USE THEM!!!

Contacted my home warranty regarding a leak. They sent American Classic Plumbing. Alex called me and explained what I should expect when his worker arrived. Derek (Alex son) arrived. He was very respectful and professional. Worked with me and helped me through the process. The leak led to bigger issues and Derek contacted the correct people so I can get my issue fix! Professionalism is key in any business. This company has it. Definitely recommend.

I was referred to American Classic Plumbing by a friend. I called and spoke with Alex, and after explaining my problem he assured me he would have someone come and see me that same afternoon. Brian came out and was extremely professional and patient with me. He explained the entire process step by step and put me at ease. I was more than satisfied with the job Brian did.

I called American Classic Plumbing and spoke to Alex and explained my problem. He sent Omar the same day. The leak in the back yard was fixed that same day. I was so impressed by Omar's excellent work and professionalism, I asked him to give me an estimate on replacing the 3 toilets in our home. He gave me an estimate that day before he left and came back the next day and replaced all 3 toilets with highly rated toilets. I love them. Omar was organized, neat and so fast. He exceeded all of my expectations. I thought the whole day would be a challenge and did not know what to expect. He put together the toilets in our garage and had all three out and then replaced in no time. I asked him to choose the toilets since he is the professional and I am so glad I did. I highly recommend American Classic Plumbing. Omar is an asset to their business.

I recently bought a home and less than two months into having moved in, my kitchen flooded. American Classic Plumbing was referred to me buy my home insurance company to fix what caused the problem. Bryan came out on two occasions. Once to fix the piping under the sink and a second time to replace old cast iron piping under the slab of the house. He did a great job and was very friendly. I recommend American Classic Pluming.

Alex came out the same day and found the problem immediately. He sent Bryan out to do the repairs. Both were very knowledgeable and professional.
