I scheduled a kitchen sink, faucet and garbage disposal replacement. I supplied the faucet, they supplied the sink and garbage disposal. From start to finish I had a great experience with this company. I received a few quotes that were quite expensive for what I wanted done. They gave me a fair and reasonable quote, showed up on time and were very quick with the install. The sink and garbage disposal provided are so nice! Great work, I will definitely use them again.

Our sink wasn't working so we googled and found this company. A guy name Joshua came to our house and check out the problem of our sink and he fixed it. He was very helpful and did a great job. He was so nice as well. I highly recommend him. Thanks Joshua!

This was the best experience that I had today. He arrived by 10:am Tuesday I had called the day before I need an estimate on a leak I had going on our outside . He was so polite smile a lot he probably thought I was crazy. Lol he corrected the problem it all over in minutes he was super employee even the receptionist yesterday I'm not sure of her name she mentioned it she was terrific making sure she did not lose me another super employee five star cheers for David and your receptionist. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

This morning, a guest who is staying at our home reached out bright and early to let me know that overnight, something had happened and that one of the toilets was backed up. I'm actually in California this week and won't be on the property (in Vegas) for a few more days, so I hopped to Yelp to scramble to try to find a plumber who was reliable and trustworthy. . . but also who could get out there quickly. I worked my way down the list, frantically reading reviews while calling around. One place didn't answer, another wasn't available until Monday.

But American Brothers picked up right away and the woman I spoke to was super helpful, professional, and got us in right away (I am AWFUL with names, so I am so sorry I am spacing here! Whatever her name is, she was LOVELY and I am grateful to her). We scheduled for 12-2, but after I spoke to the guests and learned they have a lunch reservation for 2:30, I called back, apologized for being a nuisance, and let her know that if the tech is running early at all, we'd appreciate it (but understand if not).

A few minutes later, I got a call back from David, the tech, to let me know he had a cancellation and could be there in 15 minutes. AMAZING.

David was in and out, took care of the problem beautifully, and happily took payment over the phone (since I'm currently out of state). It's rare that these kind of urgent home issues are pleasant to deal with, but David and the American Brothers team made sure this was as painless as possible. Oh, and their price was both competitive and VERY fair, especially given the level of service we received.

I do want to note: I read some of the one star reviews here and I can't help but think some folks just have no idea what actual professional contractors cost. You get what you pay for in life. Professional, licensed contractors don't work for free--- nor should they. You wouldn't expect your doctor to treat you for $12 an hour, so why would you expect folks who have spent years becoming masters of their trade, being licensed, bonded, and more to do that either? And unlike your doctor. . . American Brothers are happy to diagnose your problem without a charge. So, anyway, read those negative reviews with a grain of salt. I can only speak from my experience, of course, but it was fantastic and I am absolutely bringing these folks out the next time we inevitably have some other plumbing crisis pop up.

I want to believe that this company is better than the service I received. I am giving two stars because it was easy to set up an appointment for a free consultation and Dave was really nice, however they didn't fix anything or actually give a consultation.

I had an emergency the morning they came out so I was able to still let them in but stayed on the phone with Dave the entire time. He was flexible and understanding and instantly knew what the issue was within minutes. He probably spent less than 3 minutes on property before walking out.

They told me what to do, which was to pour water down the pipes and it would fix my problem. I set up an appointment for a free consultation so I figured since they didn't do anything, and I had to do it myself, there was no charge. Then when they told me there was a service charge, I told them let's get it handled over through a secure portal because, I, like most people, do not feel comfortable giving credit card information through the phone or like to pay vendors with Zelle (because I understand knowledge is also valuable.)

They were pretty understanding but then I also asked if the smell came back, what would happen. They said they would come back but that doesn't make sense to do the service myself and then call them if it doesn't work. I just wanted to wait it to actually be ""fixed"" before payment. I think that's reasonable. So I wanted to wait to just make sure and they called me wanting payment for a service they never provided.

They seemed super nice but this whole thing was frustrating. If they were to give me a quote on how much it would cost; then perform the service after I am okay with the price, I would be more than happy to pay them for their time. However, they did not do anything, nor anything of the sort and I feel wronged.

I really hope other people's experience is better than mine. I like to support small businesses but this wasn't okay with me at all.

I try to see things from both sides and understand this could have been avoided with minor communication improvements but it left a sour taste in my mouth for the company and although I hope they continue to do well, I'll never recommend them to anyone in Vegas.

PS. I want to add, they were nice enough to say ""good luck"" once they heard me out and I did not end up paying them. So I believe they understood where I was coming from, but I'm not sure if it was genuine or sarcastic? I want to give FULL disclosure so that you can make your own judgement.

The plumber. Robyn, that came to fix my toilet problem was on time - even though I was late getting home. He called me and waited as I was 5min away. He did a good job fixing the leaking toilet. I am very pleased.
