We found some water pooling at the based of our water heater, so we called AADP to take a look. William showed up on time, was very professional and courteous, and quickly found the problem. It wasn't a water heater leak, it was apparently a leak from the air conditioner component of our HVAC system. No charge!

August 28th, 2023. I had a main line at my house was backed up. I called several drain cleaning companies. These guys were the only ones that could respond that day. I had the Cleanout opened and ready to go for them. Their Tech showed up and tried to Snake it out. After 40 minutes the Tech could not clear the line. He said his machine had broken and he would come back with a different Snake or the parts to fix his Snake. i said okay.
He came back within the hour with another Tech and a different bigger Snake. They ran it for a good 40 more minutes. They both still could not clear the drain clog. They then wanted to, ""Jett"" the line with a High Pressure Water Machine for $ 600.00's. I told them no thanks. I then asked them on their Snakes why do they not use cutting/scrapping blades that Snakes are designed to use??? They said the Cables can sometimes bind up in the pipe. I said sure , only if you do not know how to operate your machine correctly. If the inside diameter of the pipe is 3 inches and the Cable is only 1/2 an inch in diameter how can it clean out the pipes clog? These people are not trained to use their equipment the way it was designed by the Manufactures of their equipment.
After they left my house I went to Home Depot. I rented a 1/2 inch 75 foot cabled Snake. 25 minutes later my clog was gone, the water was flowing. You see the Snakes they rent at Home Depot, have blades to cut through the obstruction the way the Manufacture's designed their tool. I used the 2 inch blade it worked as it should. They wasted 3 MAN HOURS, and it took me only 25 minutes. Seems the old saying is still true, ""If you want something done right, you better do it yourself. Total from Home Depot was $61.00's, and they were going to charge me $79.00's to clear the drain. You do the Math.

Hector replaced the cartridge in our primary bathroom tub/shower. The parts were hard to find (due to the age of of faucet) but he did locate them, completed the job and now everything is working properly.

Thank you Hector for coming out on a Saturday evening on very very little notice. Our water heater pipe was spewing out water and leaking in another area from poor fittings from another plumber. He was in and out (to include buying the materials) in around an hour. Impressive! I would highly recommend those company.

Ally Drains and Plumbing responded quickly and scheduled a plumber for me the same day for an emergency leak on a sat evening. Hector managed to arrive much earlier and got to work. He found the leak and immediately started working. He was professional, clean and informative. He made arrangements for restoration company to come out same night to get the wood and ceiling/stucco repaired. Plan to continue to use them for my future needs and highly recommend.
