I used services of American Ace Plumbing on two occasions and was extremely pleased with the responsiveness, punctuality, quality of job and pricing. Fred Zandian is very helpful and offered a quick diagnosis and course of action for my water heater failure even before I hired him for the service. He gave earliest appointment possible, was on-time, did a thorough job on installation of a new Tankless water heater and addressed all the requests/concerns. I also hired him for a small plumbing job related to dishwasher and experience was equally pleasant. His pricing is very reasonable and he is a man of his word. I would highly recommend American Ace Plumbing!

Highly recommend American Ace. Fred is very knowledgable. Prices are fair. He can usually show up on short notice and get the job done promptly. American Ace serviced our HVAC system over a number of years and replaced it when it finally died. We are very happy with the result.

The price was fair and the work was done well. If I had one recommendation, it would be to bring drop cloths since we have new carpet upstairs. We ended up using our own, so it was not a big deal.

Fred replaced a delta cartridge in our master shower. The set screw and ring were stuck due to the hard water deposits from SD water.

The AC was dripping through the secondary line because the main line was clogged. I called another AC company to check it out. They came and flushed the line but they blamed a plumbing under the sink for it and they charged me $240 without fixing it. I found a plumber to look at it but plumber said it was ok and there is no piping issues under the sink. I decided to give it another shot and reached out to American Ace plumbing for diagnosis and fixing. Fred showed up and used vacuum to clear and clean the line. He charged me only $140. The line is open and there is no dripping. Great job to Fred for taking care of this in less than 30 minutes and charging me at such a great price. I highly recommend this company and inn future i will be using them and recommending them to others.

It was a sudden emergency! In the morning, I noticed that our 36 year-old water pressure regulator in the garage had started dripping. By afternoon, a steady stream of water was pouring out of it, so I closed the main water shut-off valve and then turned to Yelp to find a plumber in our general area who could come pronto.
The first three were unable to send a plumber for several days, then I got in touch with Fred of American Ace Plumbing. He is local and said he could come soon, but in the meantime asked that I text him a photo of the failed device. A few minutes later, he texted back with an estimate. I don't know whether or not it was competitive, but I had nothing to compare it with and quick action was needed anyway, so I accepted. Fred showed up less than 2 hours later with a replacement regulator and got to work. It was necessary for him to replace the copper pipe into which the old regulator was installed, which he did in a professional manner (I've done a little copper pipe soldering in my time). He finished the job in a little less than an hour and I am pleased with finished job. The new regulator is all metal as opposed to the original which was plastic. I must say I was impressed with his forethought in asking for a photo and his efficiency in bringing a replacement.

Our AC fan outsode our house spinning on Friday afternoon. Fred was able to come over in a couple of hours and correctly diagnose the issue. He successfully did the repair the next day and the AC now works great.

Fred is also an amazing teacher who explains the AC mechanism in an easy to understand manner. I just felt after this experience that it was more than a transaction-
