We had a new Washing Machine installed today on Saturday. In the San Diego way, the water valves servicing the machine were very crispy. I went to change them out prior to the machines arrival and ran into problems with the pipes coming out from the wall. The delivery service was less than helpful. Once finished, there was now water dripping from the pipe to the floor.
American Ace Plumbing was the second one I called. I spoke to Fred the owner at approx 1;30 PM he said he'd be by between 2-3. Fred showed up at 2:05 with a helper. He identified parts that were needed, and sent the helper while he continued to work. He quoted me a very reasonable price that was contingent on not having to tear up the wall (if the leak was there).
After about 40 minutes, the job was done, the original quote was honored (even though he bought new parts).
5 stars for the speed of response, speed of service, quality craftsmanship and fair price. I highly recommend Fred.

We at Airport Rent a Car needed our back flow device to be fixed urgently since we had no water we called some other pluming company but they could not give us the same day service but American Ace Pluming came as soon as we called and they fixed the issue immediately.

During the most recent heat wave in San Diego, I had a very difficult time finding a company to come out and repair a faulty air conditioning unit for tenants in a rental condo. The heat was overwhelming and 5-star companies were so saturated with work that most weren't even returning calls. I called American Ace and Fred called me right back. He diagnosed the issue and over the phone and met me at the condo a couple of hours later. He swapped out the faulty part quickly and voila' - A/C! Price was reasonable, especially since he was running in between appointments and was also booked solid. I will definitely call American Ace in the future for any HVAC issues. Thanks Fred!

Our heater wasn't working properly and I called American Ace Heating and Plumbing and got a call back in 10 minutes. Fred sent Travis out the very same day and he solved the problem very quickly and was so pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

I would sincerely give this company more than 5 stars if it was possible! When my shower faucet broke off with the water running, I had to cut off the water to my house. It was 9pm and I was scrambling to find a plumber that would come by at night on short notice. I feel very fortunate to have found American Ace. Fred (the owner) was on a job until about 10pm but then came by my place to see if there was a quick fix (there wasn't). He then told me ""no charge"" for the visit since he couldn't fix it (I never heard of that before).
With a newborn and visiting relatives in the house I was desperate for water, and I think he felt my plight and agreed to get the parts from his warehouse and do the repair that night. He finished the job finally after midnight and we had a working bath and running water. It's so hard to find an honest and caring home services outfit, and I feel lucky to have found Fred!

Fred at American Ace Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning was recommended to us through our Nextdoor community. Fred had many positive reviews on Yelp. We called him for help with our furnace problem. Fred came out to our place with his associate (I was not there so my wife and in-laws met with Fred) and troubleshooted the problem for a half hour.

The furnace operated normally that whole time so based on a description of the issue Fred suggested possibly changing out the thermostat. I grabbed a new thermostat from HD on my way home that night and installed it when I got home.

More importantly, Fred said to observe the red LED light on the front of the furnace and if it starts blinking refer to the furnace codes on the big sticker on the front of the furnace. Under normal operation, it will be solid red. If there is a problem, it will blink a series of slow and fast blinks (or vice versa). Count them and compare to the list on the furnace sticker. It was a problem with the flame sensor. I looked up how to clean a flame sensor on Youtube and fixed it with a dollar bill. It has been running fine since then.

AND, Fred did not charge us anything for his half hour in-person visit and assisted us in troubleshooting it ourselves. We plan to send him some money for his time and travel costs.

I would not recommend doing any work yourself unless you are completely comfortable working with furnaces. Call a professional. Call Fred! :)

My project was done now and I feel a big relief - It was nicely and promptly completed. I watched the whole procedure. The owner, Fred, with an engineering background, completed all critical steps and also gave the detail instructions on other workers. His expertise, design, processes and materials all have the industrial high standard. Nevertheless, he is kind and honest to his customer. His business moral, skills and work quality win a five-star review again. In brief, his company is not like others. It is not easy to find a company like American ACE plumbing, offering high quality professional services with a reasonable price. I have saved his contact info and will offer him projects when I am ready. I truly believe his company will earn more and more five-star evaluations. It was so lucky to know American ACE company. I want to thank all customers who wrote reviews in Yelp for helping me choose a right company.

I had a plumbing emergency. The shower faucet broke. These guys were available the soonest out of every plumber I called so I went for it. Then they called to let me know they could come even sooner!
