I'm a stay at home Mom and I have no knowledge on plumbing, all I knew was I had a leak and the general vicinity of where it was coming from, that was okay, that's all I needed to know and he took care of the rest. Fred Zandian is extremely professional, courteous, and honest. We have had him help us with 2 emergencies so far and couldn't be happier with his service. He was very helpful both before the service (on the phone) and during. He arrived promptly, and did an excellent job. Only did what we needed (tried to save us money and not sell us anything we didn't need). And he cleaned up after the work. His rates were very reasonable, even on a holiday weekend. Fred was our second quote when we noticed our hot water heater had begun dripping from the overflow valve. The first company had quoted us over $2k to replace our hot water heater. When Fred arrived at our house, the first thing he did was check the whole house's water pressure. It was quite high and he demonstrated what happened to the pressure by opening more faucets so I'd understand the problem. He also explained how the high pressure can damage plumbed appliances and toilets within our home. He made sure that I understood the issue and gave me a quote for changing our pressure regulator. He ended up coming to replace it on a HOLIDAY EVENING because we'd been delayed in a car accident, without an additional charge. I truly can't say enough for Fred. Once he replaced the regulator, our water heater stopped dripping. We won't use anyone else!

American Ace Plumbing and Heating just left and replaced an awful looking filter and let me know that the original heater was not installed properly by another company making the filter very hard to get to. They discussed various options, but we decided to wait to install a new heater when the old one goes.

Fred is amazing! He replaced my furnace and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly, even though extenuating problems caused the system to not work properly because of faulty vents in my older home. He worked an additional two days without charging more. His original quote was well below what others had estimated. I couldn't be happier! He is truly a perfectionist and ethical beyond compare.

I don't give five stars lightly but Fred earned them all. As and Environmental Systems Engineer I can attest that Fred is as good as they come. He came out on a last minute notice to repair our heating system as an out of network callout. Our insurance company's contractor couldn't respond for four days. Once Fred knew that we had a newborn and no heat, he dropped everything and got the heat running in less than 1 hour. Fantastic job Sir and we appreciate your honesty and excellent customer service. My old HVAC heater stopped working, and he ran a couple of tests and immediately isolated
the problem. Fixed! It was done efficiently and cleanly.
He even took care to put on his own shoe covers to protect the house floor.
