Alex Dominguez was our heating an A/C tech and he was extremely efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Plus, Alex explained everything to me and my wife in detail. My wife and I are 100% satisfied with the work Alex performed on our Central heating and A/C unit. Therefore we will gladly recommend American Air Conditioning & Heating to our relatives, friends, neighbors.

Terrible ripoff pricing. The first time I used this company the technician that. And out (Alex) was honest and upfront. He convinced me to sign up with their membership for $20/month which includes AC, furnace and water heater maintenance annually. As members you also get discounts on service.

I scheduled for them to come out and look at the issue I'm having with my water heater. I already knew what the problem was but was told to have someone come out I have to pay diagnostic fee ($100). I agreed thinking their pricing to repair is reasonable and honest especially since I'm a member and get discount pricing. Well I was quoted upwards of $400+ for labor that would take 30 mins. If that's member pricing, I would hate to see how much more they rip people off.

These guys are super legit!!...Frank and Hank both were unbelievably knowledgeable and spent 2 hours at my house going over everything!!...not only did they save my furnace they completely redesigned my air flow throughout my house because the house wasn't cooling when the A/C was on!!..highly highly recommend them for any type of heating or cooling system for your house

Our air conditioner decided to go out on one of the hottest weekends that I ever experienced. It was the evening, so there was no way I was going to get anybody over until the next day. Going to sleep on the couch with my mom who is 94 years old with the fans blowing on us. I couldn't help but think that I'm not gonna get anybody because it's the weekend and again one of the biggest hottest spells. Sure enough I called 5 companies all negative responses. I called my Neighbor. She recommended American air conditioning and heating I realized that they were the company that I see on TV and had very low expectations,quite the opposite. They said they could come that day at a reasonable time and they even called up and let me know that they were running late, very impressive. They sent Frank Ramirez who was so helpful and detail orientated . He thoroughly explained the problem and showed me what will need to be done in the near future and also relieved me that it can be done with financial plans that they offer. Our Air was turned on in less than an hour. He explained what needs to be done starting with the most important first. He was very comprehensible. I truly highly recommend American air-conditioning and heating and I'm so impressed with Frank, Ramirez. Thanks for saving our day.

The team at American AC just completed installing a new HVAC system in my house, and the process they did an excellent job. Kudos to Scott and his team (Eric, Hector, Carlos - sorry if I forgot someone) for braving the heat of my attic for the installation. They kept me posted on their progress, and every day, my house was as clean as it was when they arrived. This is a major project to my house and all involved were knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. Thank you!!
