I scheduled our prepaid annual maintenance cleaning. Johnny said we had ~ Option1 to replace the part in the outdoor A/C compressor, (that we just replaced the year before.) Or Option 2, we could replace the part in the condenser in the attic. I told him I not replacing parts that are not needed. The Unit was working fine. He then said, ""that was his livelihood."" I told him we just wanted the A/C unit cleaned, which was
prepaid.
His attitude then changed, and he went outside and used our hose and Jet sprayed thru the sides, while the A/C was running. I went in the house and turned the A/C off, because it is recommended that you power down the unit, before spraying it with water. (Water & Electricity don't mix) He did a poor cleaning job ~ no vacuum, wax or sweeping. To top it off, Johnny said ""I Guarantee that your A/C won't last thru the summer"". You don't ever threaten a client! Johnny better NOT have done something Deliberately to cause our unit to fail or short out. If so, you'll be hearing from my Husband
Johnny then went in and had me sign the invoice on his tablet. After I opened the gate, so he could get his vehicle out. Very disappointed with his very Unprofessional behavior. (No Thank you or Good Bye). It's not our Responsibility to support his LivelyHood at our cost with unneeded parts. I called and cancelled my Maintenance Program, which is deducted monthly from our bank.

Christian was my technician today , professional and explained everything he did in detail. He made sure he put down the rugs and booties before entering the house, was quiet, and courteous.

Having read the reviews I decided to give this company a try but was taken aback immediately by the inability of the representative to answer a simple question as to WHAT IS THE SERVICE FEE?!
Someone by the name of ""Mattie"", who insisted on asking a bunch of questions and refused to give any details without taking my telephone number, was the first person I spoke to. When I advised I did not want any telemarketing calls I was barraged with statements about how the company is family owned...and when I told him I would block unwanted telemarketing calls HE HUNG UP THE PHONE.
Immediately called back and got some female who insisted Mattie was suddenly on a very long conference call and wouldn't be able to come back to the phone. It was okay, I didn't want to conduct business with such unprofessional people after that but informed the person I would be dictating a review of the experience as a REMINDER to me and a warning to others.

Absolutely NOT the American way and they certainly did not make me smile, as their opening dialogue requests!

Christian was our technician today and he did an extremely thorough job and very detailed he went above and beyond keeping us informed. We highly recommend him as a technician and want him to come back to do our ac maintenance in 6 months.

Five stars for arriving within window of time and being friendly. Zero stars for woefully inadequate diagnostic results. A safety-control switch on the heater was already self-identifying (blinking lights) as the fault, so easy peasy from there. Test the faulty part, replace, and viola, success with a happy customer in a warm home. But that was not to be. The technician rather suggested that my heating system was inadequately installed, preventing it from heating. After peppering the conversation with scare tactics about a cracked heated exchanger and carbon monoxide poisoning, he recommended that I replace the system. Ugh. I got a second opinion which resulted in the replacement of the safety switch and a restored functioning heater. On the positive side, the scare tactics did motivate me to replace the battery in my Carbon Monoxide device!

Just had Christian C. come out to my house and he was very knowledgeable. He answered every question we had and is a very hard worker. I definitely would recommend him to anyone!!

Representative Henry ""Hank"" S. came out to inspect our furnace. He was very professional, knowledgable and patient with our family who had many questions!! By the time Hank completed the 18 pt precision tune-up, professional cleaning and safety inspection, our ancient furnace was performing like new again. Because our furnace is ancient and close to running its course, Hank did provide us with several suggestions. Overall we're very happy with the service received.

Christian C. , the technician is one of the most impressive individuals from this company we have ever had. He was thorough in his inspection and even discovered a missing component in the duct that has been causing increased airflow to one room and not another. The last inspector had said it could not be fixed. He was professional and really a bright young man! Wonderful asset to your company.
