Eddie came out for my A/C maintenance and to evaluate some issues I've been having with my thermostat. His work is meticulous. He answered all my questions and did his best to adjust the thermostat settings. I really appreciated his professionalism and helpful attitude. He's a credit to American AC's mandate to provide great customer service. I can always rely on them to treat me like family which is why I've been a customer for 20 years.

I wouldn't work with this company. They send out technicians who are incapable of telling you anything without checking with ""management."" They can't tell you how long it will take to get parts or how much the job will cost. I prefer a technician who calls the shots, or at least a company where I can talk directly to the owner. Save your $200 diagnostic call, which will be applied to a repair for which the technician can't quote, and give it instead to technicians who don't have to run everything through ""management.""

Danny and Eddie came out today and performed standard maintenance on my air conditioning unit, which i purchased almost a year ago. The main unit is stored outside, and it had leaves inside, so they cleaned the leaves and washed it out. They were both very professional. I appreciate the business. They will be the persons whom I would like to perform my yearly/bi-yearly inspection. Great job!!
