I reviewed this company a couple of times already, the first review was praising them for their good service, the second review was not so good.
Since then the manager has reached out to me wanting to know what happened and how they could do it better not just for me but everyone.
We had a good conversation about training and honesty and how it's everything in the service sector. The manager has gone above and beyond to make it right. I wish this company good luck in the furfure.

They put the wrong intake vent in the ceiling with no filter. I had to buy the right vent and add a filter. $150 .00 for the vent not including filter & installation. I would not allow American Air & Heating back in my house after it took them 5 years to complete the installation of Air & Heating.

They are not a reliable company. I took the day off of work for my appointment called to confirm my appointment that morning. An hour before my window time frame of 10 to 1 they called and canceled my appointment as this is a rental property, I had to drive more than an hour to meet them there.Clearly customers time does not matter to them. Please go with a company that is reliable try Turner A/C. They didn't care how this affected my time. They just wanted to try and reschedule another appointment. Horrible customer service.

This company is amazing! During the summer heatwave in the valley of 2020 the AC unit completely broke at my moms house. These guys did everything they could to come out and replace everything and get it up and running with as little delay as possible. Their follow up is amazing, service I just can't say enough good things. Rusty helped in the beginning and Jarrod came recently to help test the furnace. Rusty and Jarrod were so friendly and professional, they were also great with Covid protocols as well. You will not be disappointed with their service!!

American Air has serviced us for years. They have always been responsive and helpful across the board. The last two visits were for odd reasons and Christopher Miller was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue. Big shout out to Mr. Miller!

George Balogh just did my 6-month maintenance on my unit. Very nice and pleasant. Kept me informed with all service completed and showed the filter that had to be replaced.

I would definitely request George again to perform my maintenance.

Sadly we just replaced our heating and air-condition system with a company other than American Air, Lynwood Air bate and switched us, after the owner took a $12,500 cash deposit one day he later told us the brand we wanted was not available due to demand. Instead of a 7-10 job, it took 2 months to complete the install. Mean while American Air sent us a letter about their company and we called for full inspection of the other companies install, in just a few seconds on the phone with the call center I knew American Air was in a different league. From the start they were so professional setting the appointment and during the inspection next morning. The technician Jarrod was right out of a TV commercial, clean cut, good looking in uniform. Jarrod was well spoken and had presence of and expert in his field and did not rush the inspection making sure our home was safe from any install errors for the other company that in good conscience would never recommend. After we paid the service fee my wife insisted we sign up for American Air very affordable annual service plan. Need I say more.

What more could anyone want! American AC has repeatedly impressed me as a top-notch company - why I bought my HVAC and ducting from them. Erik nicely adds to their bright shine! Thanks!

Erik Garcia came to perform my regular system check and maintenance. He was great! Showed up with a mask, gloves, and shoe protection - all really important these days. He took the time to thoroughly explain what he was going to do, then did the work. Afterwards he went over all the results- including pictures. He took the time to explain everything. If I had my own company I would hire this guy!
