Scott Scott he's our man , if he can't do it no one can ! Hooray hooray for Scott . He has always comes through for us . This month he installed new drain system for our bathroom . He's friendly and knowledgeable. He's not trying to ""drain "" you however he's worth every dollar he charges and more .

You are always lucky to find an honest tradesperson who does their craft well. I got to see Scott's excellent work when he did jobs for family and friends, and so when I bought a new house in the area and there was a ""laundry list"" of plumbing items from the inspection to be taken care of: He was my first call. Scott was prompt and polite, came out and went through every item on my list, personally inspected the issues himself and then gave me an honest and knowledgeable assessment of what needed to be repaired/replaced before it caused a problem, and what wasn't worth the time or effort. From there it was under-promise and over-deliver on everything that needed to be done. He even found a couple of things the inspector missed, plus some hidden stuff that an inspection wouldn't catch, and took care of everything nicely happily explaining what he was doing and why at every point along the way. By the time everything was done, everything was cleaned up, put back in place, and working great. The final cost was about where I expected to end up, and I know if anything is less than 100% satisfactory Scott will be happy to come back out and make it right.

We have used America 1 Plumbing for over 10 years and are always taken care of! It seems every winter because of roots our pipes get clogged and I call and they are on their way. The prices are good and the problems are always fixed. They even replaced an old pipe under one of our sinks when it started to leak as they were snaking it. The price was very reasonable and he was on time. He was very kind and knowledgeable and willing to listen for the problem that I have for the plumbing issues. He does not wants to park his working Van to our driveway due to the weight of his van. He was very considerable and care for the customer.
