For the amount of times we've called Ameri-Mex Plumbing, you'd think we're in a relationship! We've called on them when we lived in our old house and in our new house whenever we had plumbing issues. They've always been friendly and professional. Even the lady who answers our calls is helpful! We know that they can't get to us right away but she was always very good at communicating with us when someone would be able to come.

In the last few years, we've been having issues with our half bath always getting clogged. We'd use a snake to try to clear it but when we couldn't do it ourselves, that's when Ameri-Mex would come in. After a few times of this happening, they suggested to get a camera to look at the pipe through the clean out to see what's causing the blockage. It turned out to be tree roots coming from the pepper tree in our front yard. They suggested getting rid of the pepper tree but to also get the pipe replaced and they'll add an extra barrier around it to prevent roots from getting to the pipe again. We didn't opt to do this right away (bad choice). We eventually got the tree removed thinking that would be the end of our worries. NOPE! I guess there were still roots reaching the pipe and so we had to call Ameri-Mex again. Once they cleared it out, a huge ball of roots was pulled out. We decided that we were tired of this recurring problem and needed to get our pipe replaced.

We placed the call, received our estimate, scheduled the appointment, and the guys came earlier than their scheduled time. They started in the morning and finished by mid-afternoon. Adam (hope that's the right name) was the one who worked on replacing the pipe. He explained to us in detail what he did and showed us pictures of what the pipe looked like. Once they were done, they cemented the part of the driveway that they had to remove and cleaned everything.

We probably could have avoided the amount of times we needed Ameri-Mex to come to our house by doing what they suggested to be done in the first place. Overall, we've been very happy with the work they've done. Everyone we've dealt with have been exceptional in terms of communication, timeliness, professionalism, and workmanship!

Our toilets starting backing up. I tried to clear it myself, but was not successful. My neighbor recommended Ameri-Mex, so I called them This morning. Within 2 hours Alan arrived and proceeded to snake the drain pipes from our house to the septic tank. He found a clog and spent extra time making sure there weren't any other issues. Very good service and a fair price. Highly recommend.

I had Ameri-Mex as my plumbing contractor for 7 years as a Facilities Manager for the County, and have used them and referred them to may others. They were as professional as they come, did not need to be called back as work was done right the first time. I wish I still had them. I would recommend this company to anyone, repeat anyone that want's a job done right the first time.

Very responsive - left voicemail and they got back to my within an hour to set up an appointment. I was able to schedule for the next day and they gave me a window when my appointment would take place.

I got a text the night before confirming my appointment and the name of the tech who would be coming.

My tech, Alex, was right on time and worked quickly and efficiently. He was very personable and was able to take care of all of my plumbing problems with no issue.

They are awesome! We called another company to repair our A/C unit which had been leaking. There were several red flags...they didn't show up on time and they never got back to us for a price quote on the part they said we needed replaced (which ended up not needing to be replaced at all). So we called Ameri-Mex later that week to get a second opinion and they determined that our unit was low (almost empty) on refrigerant. We paid under $350 as opposed to $3000 that the other company was quoting us and our unit is running great! No leaking! We've also had them come out to fix some plumbing issues we've had in the past. They are professional and provide excellent customer service.

I love these guys! On Easter Sunday I had family visiting from out of town and the plumbing stopped up. I called another company that was supposed to be sewer work only. They charged $2500 to clear the line. Three days later, the problem was back. Ameri-Mex came out, took before and after video, and fixed the issue for $500. In future, they are the only place I will EVER call!!

I recently had them do some repairs at my moms place in a senior park, she had received a quote from a independent guy they beat his price and where able to have it fixed right away will definitely recommend this local family business to all my friends and family

Incompetent. They charged me 250 to unplug the sewer and use the camera to get the incontinence the city and they did nothing but give excuses. They don't know the city's policies they are cheap and do not respond to your concerns . They don't really have an
office to go and complain they plain suck
