Reached out to Ameri-Leak Plumbing due to a water leak that I couldn't locate. With their professional experience they were able to locate the leak and make the necessary repairs. With plumbing anything can go wrong and I understand the complex work that a plumber might encounter once the ground is open and pipes are exposed, Joey and Ivan were awesome and came up with a solution that will give me and my family peace of mind moving forward. Their professionalism was in full display and showcased with detailed information that I will take into consideration moving forward when ever I encounter a headache with my plumbing, I want to thank them for the great work and the fast response to get my water service back on. Received a pretty quick quote with an engaging tech. Same tech was helpful with an emergency issue a few days later. When it came time to schedule the work, the office estimated date and said they'd confirm the following morning. No call back. We reached back out to the tech who said we should call the office (still haven't responded) and he later confirmed our appointment day and time. Then he followed up with a text ""The job I'm doing today will dictate what jobs I can do tomorrow. I miss spoke about tomorrow. We have you on the calendar as pending if I get this job completed hope this make sense."" Still no further contact this morning/""tentative appointment"". Called office - no answer. No call back. Called tech who proceeds to pick up the phone and yell at me for calling him. Do not put yourself through the hassle and stress of trying to work with these folks. Plenty of time to recover, take responsibility and be a good service partner, but clearly no interest in doing so.

My Tankless water heater started leaking on New Year's Eve and was no longer under warranty, I was able to get some one from Ameri-leak out the very next morning; every other plumber I called was too busy or would not be able to come out in a reasonable amount of time.
They were on time, friendly and most importantly very fair priced.
I will recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable and honest plumber.

This is the 3rd time working with Ameri-Leak (all different issues) They came last Thursday replaced a double wall heater. They answered quickly with a quote, had the inventory and had availability to come out the next day. Three guys showed up on time, and got to work. They prepped the area with protective cover on the floor and Job done in 3 1/2 hours. Fast, efficient, good price and no hidden costs.

Joey came and fixed the issue we were having with our hot water. Rather than simply rip out the on-demand water heater or charge us for an expensive fix the very thoughtfully diagnosed the problem like a true plumbing detective. He was great and I really appreciate his time and effort to find the problem (a broken valve that was bypassing). I would certainly recommend him very highly.
