We live in an older Townhouse, so we wanted to update one of the main bathrooms. I hired a plumber to install a new shower. Then I hired a contractor to tile the shower walls. When the bathroom was complete and the water was turned on, we had major leaks from behind the tile. Water was gushing out. I called the original plumber with no luck. I called Amen Plumbing. They came out the same day. I figured that all the tile would have to be taken out and replaced after the leak was fixed. Much to my surprise Chuck from Amen Plumbing was able to fix the leaks without having to remove the tile. The shower wall was facing an outside wall. Chuck was able to remove a section of the vinyl siding and discovered that two of the water lines were not clamped correctly. He corrected this and put back the siding like it was never removed. Amen plumbing saved me the expense of ripping out tile and replacing it. I thought what Amen Plumbing did was not only genus but completely honest. Another plumber could have charged me for removing the tile. They literally saved the day and saved me a lot of repair money. I highly recommend Amen Plumbing.

I have never worked with a company that kept me so in the loop with a technician coming out, thank you Brittny for such a great job keeping me informed. I took about 5 minutes explaining the problem to the technician and with his 40 years of experience, he immediately knew what the problem was, which was nothing he could fix, and told me I needed the septic tank pumped out. But he still took the time to prove to me, located the lid to septic tank and never charged me a PENNY!!! He even told me once they pump septic tank out, he will come by and inspect, treat and put cover back on himself at NO CHARGE. Go figure. I read the reviews on Amen Plumbing before I called/texted on a Sunday night, so glad I chose someone that cares about their clients, and not the almighty dollar. Their business name says it ALL!!! I've got to throw this in, this was my dads house, who's 86, has dementia, under hospice care and my sister and I take turns staying with him. Without knowing the root cause, many companies could have taken advantage of the situation and run multiple test to prove the problem, run up a high invoice, but Mr Miller's (technician) experience, was to take care of customer or offer the alternative solution. This is how locally owned businesses flourish. Please use Amen Plumbing!!!

Had a leak in front yard and a repairman came out same day. Very friendly and informative explaining what would be done, cost, etc. The repairman was exceptional, curteous, and knowledgable. You almost can't tell where hole was dug; put yard back in same condition. Would use them again in the future.

Called and spoke to Brittany. She was knowledgeable and quickly got me a quote in reference to my leaky spigot handle. Her technician saw the quick video of the issue and he came to my house within 30 mins and fixed it, free of charge! He literally was like a water works ninja. I didn't even see him come by!
