Avery K.Richard Smith charged me $11,750 to replace my roof instead he installed new shingles over old shingles. He did not complete any of the work that was in the contract and of course when contacted by my lawyer states that he has no money. He has no integrity, poor craftsmanship, and he's a crook. He is one black business that you should stay away from. I am now out of $12k and need a roof.
