They also come the next day after we called him. They follow the city new code and are wiling to change it to fulfill the requirements. We smoothly went through the city permit with him. Personal Opinion: Unfortunately, only 3 months after having this company out to fix what the plumbers said they thought was a clogged drain from debris, my parents 1923 house is having worse plumbing problems. Additionally, only a short time before having this company out for the emergency issue, there was a drain cover on the roof pipe, yet a few weeks after they were at the house the drain cover was missing. We believe they forgot to put it back on, which means we have no idea what could have fallen into the drain. Returning to the current issue, after calling to talk about options with the owner, because it has only been 3 months since the $400 emergency work was done, they told my mom it would be another (roughly) $1000 to look into the issue. That does not include necessarily solving the issue. My husband and I find this answer to be very unprofessional and absolutely absurd. Guarantee your work? Guess not. We've called other plumbers, whom we have referrals to in our area, and told them the situation. They said they would look for free since the work done was less than 6 months old. No matter, we can find another plumber. However, based on this experience, we would not recommend this company for work, as they seem to (possibly) try to rip off elderly people.

Very professional! They called when they were going to be late by 15 mins due to traffic. Miguel and an associate were courteous, clean, presentable and they communicated everything up front they were planning to do and in the end even summarized what they did. They listened and responded to customer needs.

I called and spoke to Miguel from AMC Plumbing. I explained to him that my Rheem water heater went out and that I was still under warranty. He quickly said that he would call the manufacturer for me first thing in the morning as a courtesy and order the parts for my water heater. So the next day, early in the morning around 7am, Miguel sends me text and told me that he had already called the manufacturer and had already ordered the parts! Wow! I was extremely impressed with his quick and excellent customer service. It was great to know that he went to extra mile to call the manufacturer himself. I ended up somehow getting my water heater to work again on my own. But if its goes out again, I will not hesitate to call Miguel back to repair it! :)
