I contacted this company to come pump our septic tank in LaRue after months of issues. I had told him when I called, that we didn't know where the tank was and he would have to locate it. He told me he could come out the next day after a job in Athens. He then canceled on us to go to a job in Jacksonville (keep in mind we are located between these 2 towns), pushed us off for another 2 days, then finally showed up. He hung around for about 30 minutes, didn't try very hard to find it, and then told my husband "I don't have time for this shit" and left. Forcing us to call no less than 3 other people and another company coming out, who did find it and pump it.
