Natalie B.I was really happy with Tucker, our technician. He was helpful, professional and friendly. I didn't know that the company was based in Arizona, as I called the Las Vegas number. I felt bad that he had driven all the way up from Kingman to Las Vegas and we got charged a 'out of hours' rate because it was after 6pm, but in the end, we really needed our AC fixed, so all good.
