Had an issue with a flooding in our basement. Came out quickly and took care of the problem. Told him the house was a rental. And to take up payment with the landlord. Provide all the information needed for that. He agreed and left quietly. Come to find out. He made a back alley deal with the landlord for half the cost ($200). An sued us anyway for the full amount ($400). So he got 600 total for the job. Underhanded and sheisty. DO NOT TRUST. DO NOT USE.
