Such quick and fair priced work! I had an issue with my toilet that was stressing me out really badly, so I reached out to Amazing Rooter--I got a response within ten minutes, was given an estimate of the job, and in 24 hours I had the issue completely fixed! Victor is one of the most attentive/responsive people there is. He was very upfront with cost, by far the most affordable out of all the quotes I received and very efficient in his work. I had him and his team out 3 times in 1 week with 3 separate issues we had. He was available day of every time we reached out.

Victor kept us up to date on his arrival time when he realized he was going to be a bit later than anticipated. He explained the work needed and completed the work the same day. Although I do think the price was steep, he provided a 1 year warranty and am grateful he was able to come out the same day we requested help.

One of my outdoor spigots started leaking over the weekend pretty badly, and they were able to come out and replace it first thing in the morning! Several other places said they were booked through the beginning of the week or I'd have to pay extra for an ""emergency service"" but these guys came out, gave it a quick look and had it fixed in 15 minutes! No hassle no tacked on fees!

A true honest review. We sent out search for a few items to be installed (toilets, faucets, etc.) Amazing Rooter replied with prices and were no gimmick or hassle. Straight shooters. You don't need to be sold or priced gouged. This is a exactly why I choose Amazing Rooter.
