Please avoid this company if you can. Our home warranty booked this company to take care of a very simple thing, such as the replacement of cartridge in the shower. The plumber came earlier than the initial appointment was, not sure what he is supposed to be doing. My tenant told me that he mixed up the appointments. He was very rude to tenants and very impatient. The job was involving another plumber who supposed to shut off the water for Amazing Plumbing to do a cartridge replacement. Another plumber came to the scheduled appointment on time, but the Amazing Plumbing guy was long gone. Please don't waste your time with them.

Pedro and Higinio came out to our house with a complex situation that was a very small and elusive and difficult to find supply line leak under the house that a previous company could not locate after 2 hours trying. With patience, persistence and a fresh approach they discovered the problem. They also replaced a leaky wax seal on one of my toilets and did it in around 30 minutes flat. This was all done on their first visit and they were both friendly and professional. Thank you so much Pedro and Higinio for your hard work! Good job Amazing Plumbing & Rooter for hiring such great guys.

This company was assigned to me by american home shield. after they forgot to show up at my house for our pre scheduled time they showed up at my house the next day. They didnt bring any tools, smelled of fresh alcohol and didnt act professionally when diagnosing my water heater. They overcharge by alot quoting me 400$ more then what 2 other companies quoted as an out of pocket expense. I recommend people stay away from this company and stay far away from american home shield.

Booked this company through my home warranty, otherwise I wouldn't have bothered with them after reading their reviews. We spoke on the phone, agreed on an appointment time and date. The time window was 12-2. I paid the $75 fee.

On the day of the appointment, 12-2 came and went. At 2:15 I called them and no one answered. They never showed up and never called me.

Completely unprofessional and a waste of my time sitting around waiting for them to show up. Being late happens to everyone, but to not even call or return my calls and messages is inexcusable for a business.

I have contacted the home warranty company for my money back. We'll see.

Review on Amazing plumbing and Rooter. I wish I could give no stars. Went through first America home warranty. This was the company assigned. The manager Jesus told us he was going to send us a senior technician the day before. The day of the appointment the technician came in street close (white jeans with holes, red bomber jacket). And driving his own personal vehicle. No company van. He crawled out house found a broken pipe under our sink. Told me his boss would call me back. He went to his car. When I came out to talk to him he was gone and no call back from the company manager (who was getting pissy with me when I spoke to him on the phone). Jesus told me his guy can't crawl the house because there is water under in. NO S - - - We have a leaking pipe but the plumber can't crawl and fix it. No money was exchanged etc. so he came took a picture and left. Lol. This company is a joke. Out of Antioch my home town. I should have known

We Had two issues ( a leaking toilet and a dishwasher that was not draining properly) I put a claim in with First American Home Warranty. They assigned Amazing Plumbing to remedy our situation. Jesus took care of both our plumbing problems quickly. I recomend their service and if I experiance future issues I would be happy to have them take care of it.

Ignacio was our tech and did a great job.

Our shower was leaking quite a lot and he knew exactly what to do. Replaced the shower handles and it looks great.

Tech was punctual. Company was easy to work with and I will recommend these people to any one.

Was referred by my home warranty company. Very professional job by Ignacio.

Once before I had a very bad experience from same company with some other tech and thank god he didn't come today.

Luis came to my house via first American home warranty company. This was his 2nd time in the house and among other things, we wanted to report a loose faucet that he himself had installed on a previous visit. On seeing it he starting arguing that it was good when he installed it - When I said lets not argue but just fix it as I was already on the hook to pay the $75 visit-fee (is how home warranty works), he refused to admit that this job was even a part of the work order and insisted that we file a separate claim for another visit (another $75). When I asked to see the work-order that he had in his hand, it clearly stated the issue and was very much a part of this work order. At this point. he became angry and argumentative on being proved wrong. Now I had to ask him to leave as I felt uneasy having anything in my home touched by him. I am disappointed with this plumbing company and with First American for being associated with low quality service providers like Amazing plumbing..

My experience pretty much same as everyone else absolutely terrible customer service 2 hrs on the phone just to talk to someone who was totally heartless and did not give a crap that my water heater was broken and told me they would come to have a look 4 days later in afternoon with zero intent to do anything about my water heater so that I could be sure to live without hot water for at least another week. Stay away from this company!!!!

We had an issues in our home with a plumbing leak in our bathroom. Our home warranty set up an appointment with Amazing Plumbing. I took time off of work to met with the plumber and no one showed up at the schedule time. When I call the next day upset, I was told their office was close the day before and the technician called out sick. When I asked why I did not get a courtesy call, I was told the office was close. I did not get the name of the person on the line but he was rude and not willing to work with me, he was horrible person to deal with and he hung up the phone on me. I do not recommend this plumbing business they are not professional at all.
