My wife was very comfortable talking with the technician after the job was finished (I had to leave in the middle of the appointment), and everything was explained well. They have also quoted a very reasonable price for the repair (the repair is separate and explained from the beginning).

I called this company to schedule service for a leak I couldn't figure out. I got a quick response, described the situation, and the employee diagnosed my likely problem over the phone and told me that, although she was happy to schedule a visit, I'd probably save a lot of money by having the irrigation checked before using them.

Yep, it was the irrigation, and that advice saved me at least a couple hundred bucks!

Showed up 3 hours late, without equipment to do the job,had to return and after 6 phone calls and 8 emails, finally got a written report for my home warranty company. Very unprofessional company. When you call there are kids screaming in the background, and lots of lame excuses. A horrible experience

Joe found the spot of what was determined to be a slab leak after having been assured by another plumber that it wasn't a slab leak. Terry came out to inspect and told us the plan to repair. He and Caleb properly repaired the leak in the least invasive manner, with the least disruption to our house. The price was very reasonable. He explained every part of the process and some changes he had to make to adapt to the situation. I highly recommend this company. This is a small family owned business that is highly responsive to its customer.
